Overly complex setup
Not impressed at all… if the price wasn’t so low I would not have bothered. I had to wait for delivery and missed the 48 hour deadline for the care package which is insurance against damage and flyaways - I found out too late. The setup is a major faff, the instruction manual is inadequate and badly written. I would advise waiting for the competitors to catch up

👎🏻Extremely disappointing experience with the DJI app and support.
The app is unstable and frustrating to use. Reaching the support chat should be simple, but it feels almost impossible. The chat window appears briefly at the bottom of the screen and then disappears, forcing the user to switch between different tabs and try again and again. Contacting support through the app feels like a struggle instead of basic customer service.
When I finally reached support, the result was not helpful. The app, official website, and support process apply strict regional limitations. If DJI does not ship to your country, you are simply told to contact a local authorized reseller. In practice, this feels discriminatory toward customers in unsupported regions.
The local authorized reseller in my country does not allow customers to buy individual items separately. You cannot buy only a drone, only a battery, only propellers, only a controller, or other compatible parts and accessories separately. Instead, customers are forced to buy complete packages.
For example, I previously bought a Fly More Combo. After losing the drone in water, I still had the controller, goggles, batteries, and other accessories. I only needed to buy a replacement drone, but I was told I had to buy a full package again. The same problem applies even when trying to buy a newer compatible drone.
This makes the DJI app, support, and purchasing process feel restrictive, unhelpful, wasteful, and unfair. Customers should be able to buy compatible replacement products and accessories separately instead of being forced into unnecessary bundles.
The same discriminatory experience exists even on the official DJI website. Some newer models, for example the Avata 360, are not available there, and instead customers are forced to use the same buggy mobile app to try to find or buy them. This is a very poor and frustrating customer experience.

All DJI products I got are excellent!
Not able to login since I updated to new update
Hello. Update was installed and now not able to login anymore. I was able to login to Mimo ang fly app and also able to login to desktop for DJI Store Online, but for the mobile DJI online store not able to login. It’s very frustrating
