App Getting worse not better
This app has been getting worse and worse. I swear they are just using AI to figure everything out and humans are not actually involved anymore.
App can’t decide what screen it wants to be on. I constantly have to remind it if I want to do delivery or carry out and what address I’m having it sent to even when it’s the same as prior.
And the tracker has become an absolute joke. Before you start, it will say in order could be to you as quickly as seven minutes. You place the order and all of a sudden it jumps to 30 minutes. Then it says oops it’s going to take longer and now it’s going to be 40 minutes. And then suddenly it says that the driver is on the way. Like it’s just making up a time regardless of how busy a store is or when your order is actually in process. Today it told me my order was delivered before my driver arrived. To be clear it was not the driver’s fault. I actually contacted the store and they had to reach out to the driver because my order had cleared on the driver’s side too so he didn’t have an address.
Also, since they don’t label boxes anymore at the store side, you can’t tell if your order is correct or not until after you get your items inside so if there’s an error, you don’t know right away. Poor quality app.

Quitting domino’s
I’m quitting domino’s, because it does allow to place shows technically issues after new updates an order customer care is not responding,still same thing after update

App Issues! Very Buggy
App is having issues and very Buggy including showing delivery drivers in San Francisco instead of local! And can not put 2 different toppings on 2 different sides of pizza! Please Fix issues
