The games they put on here like the shootout soccer where you can win something is totally bogus. You never win anything except maybe the first time you win and that’s a 20% discount after that you will never win anything I’ve even got scores over 300 and he still will not win. It’s totally force and they should be fine for false advertisement. Update still have not won.

Having Issues Currently
Ever since a big update I’ve had problems ordering. I get constant errors and messages saying Dominoes doesn’t deliver in my area or “try again momentarily“.

Getting Worse Every Update
They must have taken a page out of McDonald’s book because they had a perfect, simple, user friendly layout, and they screwed it all up with an obnoxious, disorganized, unintuitive, pop-up ridden mess that does things like letting you make your entire order before forcing the app to close, and then when you re-open it, it won’t let you actually place your order until you update the app. Whoever was in charge of the layout change and every subsequent update needs to be fired

I cannot get this app to work on my phone. It does work on my iPad though. Very frustrating
Charged me 4 times for my order
I was trying to pay for my order on the app and it said that my debit card wouldn’t work and that I should try again. So I keeping trying it before I eventually just tried paying at the store and I look at my bank account and it charged me 96$ for my order

The app is good, but you keep forcing app updates that aren’t needed in order to buy a pizza… quit it! No one cares if the app is 3 updates behind as long as they can order their pie
Tracker doesn’t work.
Don’t promise a tracker, if it doesn’t work. Whether through app, or website, the tracker rarely works right. As soon as your order goes out for delivery, it almost immediately gets marked delivered. And the delivery driver location on the map to SF.
Maybe the store is juicing their stats, by marking the pizza delivered, long before they arrive.
Either way it’s bad business.

Constant Issues
The app randomly logs you out of your account CONSTANTLY, tracker breaks all the time- often not being accurate or even showing your driver AT ALL- and you’re lucky if it properly adds things to your order or even checks your order out At All.
And the little rotten cherry on top of the garbage app sundae is that if you turn off notifications for “Special offers and deals”, it TURNS ITSELF BACK ON not long after turning it off!!!
Awful app, doesn’t even deserve ONE star. The only reason I give it TWO is because shockingly, it’s STILL better than their horrendous website!

Location glitch
Was testing to order from my community pool right across the street from my house and my order was sent to a further store who canceled my order twice because I was outside delivery location. Then proceed to order from my home address, literally across the street and a different store/local store was used for the order. No option to change the store of preference within the app. Major glitch & inconvenience.

One step forward…
Every update seems to fix a problem but create several new ones. The most recent update does not allow future ordering. Every time it’s attempted, the app says it doesn’t deliver to the location. Ordered from them for years with no issues until this update. Trying to report the issue does nothing.
