I hate the new app update! I miss the old version so much better. The old update showed the pizza prices and items
This new update does not show prices until it’s in your cart then if it’s to expensive I have to remove each thing separately. Please fix the app so it can show prices of things before ordering 😭🥺

I love the options and the service at my location dominoes and I love all the deals that this app gives us we save a lot of money using this app
The update sucks
There appears to be no way of looking at all the current deals when the location is closed. It won’t even let me schedule a future order so that I can view them. I hate apps that force you through the check out immediately.
It’s okay but has many bugs
On the app for some reason it glitches with gift cards when I had to use my gift card. It wouldn’t allow me so I had to go on the website which is the same format as the app which confused me because they should work the same since they’re so similar. Another thing I would say is a map for the app and the website are completely off. They say it tracks, but I’ve never seen it track every time I look for it. It always just pops me up in the middle of the map and doesn’t show me directly where I need to look at very buggy very faulty and I don’t like it. They need to update that..

App sucks
Used to be able to chat with the stores and send encouragement/thanks to the staff. You also used to be able to watch your drivers location so you knew when to be ready for your food. App has become more difficult to use. Do better dominos.

I have to say, having ordered off the other app and used the online website as well! Seeing the new version of the app seems to be a lot of stream lined then before. Finally got a tech with a half a brain doing his job!!

6.99 for 2 coming up at $18 plus fees ???? 2 for price should be $13.98 then fees
Worst App on the App Store
Your app is so horrible that I didn’t get the pizzas I wanted. You have the worst developers in the world. I wanted pepperoni on my pizzas, but even though I selected it, your app didn’t add it, so I had to pay for pizzas I didn’t want. Needless to say I will not be ordering from Dominos again and I will be going to the Better Business Bureau for the horrible experience I had.

Horrible new app
Love Dominos,I have enough for free pizza BUT CANT USE because my phones older and won’t allow me download new version!!! Terrible cheating people out of using their rewards! Have tried multiple times and can’t use!!
Account lockout
Terrible vibe coded app and login system where password reset links never work and so they get to save money on multiple fronts by locking people out of their earned rewords and use ai to work on their things instead of hiring real people.
So frustrating
This app is so frustrating. Try to login sends me a code and tells me it's the wrong code. Every code it sends is the same code. Try to reset the password and it tells me that link is expired. So then it locks me out. Exhausting. I just wanted a pizza.

Why
It seems every three months or so I have to sign back into the app. Since the app will not allow any previous passwords to be used I have made around twenty new passwords over the years and always forget the new one I make up. Now when following the reset password link, four attempt in a row again, I receive the email and follow the link but it says link has been used or expired. I am opening it immediately. I have tried performing this function both through the app and on my mobile device as well as through a PC. The link always states it odd used or expired. The app/reset password link is letting me down terribly. Guess it’s time to give money to another business for lunch…

This App Sucks on All Platforms
Got an iPhone, got the app on this. It sucks here too. I do not understand how these huge corporations continue to make garbage applications. I know you’ll see I just downloaded this, but I had it for years on Android and it consistently sucks on that too.
