SMALLER FONTS

MAKE THE FONTS SMALLER, WHEN I SEE “MAIN STREET” IM EXPECTING IT TO BE THE ONE I ALWAYS GO TO. SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT TILL IVE DONE ORDERED IT TO SEE THE FULL ADDRESS. GENUINELY WHY DOES THE FONTS HAVE TO BE SO BIG???

Can’t stop toppings, so you’re forced to eat them

I’ve been ordering Domino’s forever(4decades), but the revised App is pathetic. I don’t care for peppers, but am forced to have them. Whoever wrote the App wasn’t capable enough build it with a none option. Getting a pizza you’d normally never want to eat is very maddening

Worst experience ever

I always order food online in different apps, but this one disappointed me. It was my first time of ordering in that app. I chose a deal with two toppings, I thought as it is a deal, you don’t choose any toppings and get whatever is in the picture. That’s why I didn’t pay attention to the choice of toppings, I thought it’s just extra staff that you can add for extra money, so I didn’t click anything in there. And then I got a pizza with no toppings at all and paid 25$ for it. Why did the app let me proceed without toppings choice? Who in the world would order a pizza without any toppings? In any other app you order, it lets you know if you missed anything. It just would not let you go further. Why not program it like that? Even if there are such people who may order a pizza with no toppings, just create a “no toppings” button and make them click on it before proceeding.

Don’t trust this app

At checkout I kept getting the message that my payment could not be processed. Turns out my card was charged four times!

app took my money and didn’t send my order to the store

i went to go order so i placed an order through the app and i put in my card info and hit place order then a message said an error has occurred popped up. it didn’t send me an confirmation email so i checked my bank account and it took out the money without sending it to the store

Scam

Deals will appear and once you make all of your customizations add the food to your cart, it glitches out and all of the sudden the deal is magically no longer available. Not the first time the app has done this. Plenty of other pizza places for the price, we will eat somewhere else.

Map

Driver location never works. Text messages said driver was on his, location on app showed him at dominos for next 30 minutes 🤦‍♂️

Scam and waste of time

I am never able to pay with my credit card, I can’t even use the $5 off my next order. The app NEVER works and I can’t even use email and complain all I want and I get ignored.

Wow

Thanks for nothing by far the worst mobile app I’ve used for food. Couldn’t process payment yet other food apps processed my cards just fine.

Not great

I tried to enter a coupon code for a BOGO deal, the app said it accepted the deal, yet the final amount did not reflect ANY discount. Not happy with the app right now and my local store said they’ve been having issues on their end with ppl ordering through the app. Fix this corporate!

Card charged order not submitted

I was trying to order through the app when I submitted my order my card was charged, but it returned to the checkout screen with my items still in cart, and the store never received anything on my order either

Worst fast food app

This is literally one of the worst fast food apps I’ve ever used! It is constantly logging me out and not letting me back into my account. Not only that when I can get in it won’t let me order at all. Half the time it won’t let me submit my order and the other half it won’t even let me create my order! I love dominos but their app definitely needs a lot of work. It dentures me from even getting dominos half the time because I’m fed up with the app.

Broken

Unable to login, can’t reset password, can’t even login with a code that is texted to me..now my account is locked because of how many times I’ve not been allowed to login.

Spam machine

I’m so sick of this company’s aggressive marketing. I have apps for probably a dozen fast food places and none of them treat me as badly as Domino’s. None of the other restaurants spam me. I get an order confirmation and then they leave me the f alone. But not Domino’s. They think I need to hear from them every single day for the rest of my life.

Imagine the kind of person who actually wants to get constant email from Domino’s pizza. Really — close your eyes and picture that person. I bet he’s not exactly … attractive. Probably doesn’t have a real active social life. He’s wearing sweat pants, isn’t he? With marinara stains on them. And probably some other stains too.

Every time I order, I get signed up for emails that I don’t want, and I have to go through the process of unsubscribing. Often I get an error message and stay subscribed. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but I have a hard time believing this isn’t intentional. Even if I do successfully unsubscribe, it’s only from one type of marketing email, and there are other email categories I’m still signed up for against my will.

Some of the emails don’t have an unsubscribe button. Some of them specifically say you can’t unsubscribe without unenrolling in their rewards program — you know, the one they try to trick you into signing up for.

I went as far as to contact Domino’s corporate to get unsubscribed from everything. And that worked, right up until I ordered another pizza a few months later.

I’m foregoing rewards just to avoid the insane amount of email. And to be clear, by insane amount, I mean any amount of email from a pizza restaurant — there is no acceptable amount. But I also mean an email or two just about every day. Domino’s sends more email than any other person or company I get email from, and it’s not even close.

I want to have a box in my settings that I can check that says “Never contact me for any reason whatsoever.” Other than when I go to the physical location or get a delivery, I don’t ever want to interact with this company outside of the app. Make that happen and I’ll give you a five star review.

But as it stands I have to either block all Domino’s email or use a burner account. Better idea — I started using Slice and ordering from local, non-chain pizza places instead.

I eat pizza maybe once a month. It shouldn’t be this hard to be left alone.

Amateur Hour - frequently down when I need it

I’m trying really hard to like this app because my kid likes Dominoes. But you know what, when I need to order a pizza, I often get “We are currently experiencing issues.” At that point, what do I do? Call the number that came with the error message and place my order by phone (so primitive)? But then I call them and find out that the Large pizza deal for $13.99 on the app isn’t honored when you call. Instead, that $13.99 deal turns into a $29 pizza. I told the guy at the branch, and he said just refresh it and it happens all the time. I thanked him, and proceeded to place my big order with your competitor.

On the UX side, when I’m customizing my pizza, why does it not show the new total price? Do you think your pizza is so amazing that price doesn’t matter?Terrible!

Dominos, I believe you guys pioneered have realtime order status in 2008, right? What happened?

Broken as hell

I’ll be lucky if I can open the menu without this app entirely crashing

What’s the Price?

The new app looks nice, but what’s considered premium toppings? What changes will result in extra charges? What’s the prices of the items? There’s no transparency until added to cart. Need to be more transparent in regard to pricing.

So many problems since the overhaul

If you’ve been using the app for the past few years, you may realize it worked better before its overhaul. You can no longer simply re-order past orders. And I regularly have a problem editing my cart and getting unexpected results such as: changing a topping or crust type is mysteriously applied to a different pizza in the cart, or simply hitting the + to add another of the same kind of pizza that is again applied to a different pizza in the cart. It’s not consistently repeatable, but I’ve lost count of how many times it’s happened to me. Sometimes I catch it, sometimes not. While the restaurant will sometimes do a remake, sometimes I have to pay for another pizza. I’m going to switch to using the website only.

At least bring back the reorder feature.

Constantly signs out

I’ve never in my life had an app sign you out more times then not recognize the password and then lose all your points. I’m over it

Very complicated

First, I wanna say that I love Domino’s Pizza OK this review is about the Domino’s Pizza app itself. For years I had to get my son to go on the app and order my pizzas for me and I would be be in one state and he would be in another because I COULD NOT figure the app out, so then after that, I finally figured out how to do The app now is back to being crazy again, and I can’t figure the app out. I don’t understand why you can’t make the app simple to where. A kid can order a pizza off of the app. Everything should be simple. It shouldn’t be so complicated! whenever I call the store they say they have nothing to do with the app. They can’t help me. They also say that they can’t give me the same deals as the app so I’m screwed all the way around! so in my opinion, I would make a personal decision decide for yourself whether or not it’s worth ordering their pizza for the price that they wanna list when it’s not in the app. In other words you decide if their pizza is worth paying the pre deal price.
