Done was great, mindful is terrible! Do not use

They switched to a company out of San Diego. The support is terrible and the site does not work! I have people arguing with me in support.

Awful in every way

Charged $399 for a consultation even though I did not check the box consenting to the charge. I did up meeting with a provider and he told me he would submit a prescription to my pharmacy that day. It’s been several days now and still no prescription. The web experience is terrible with dead ends and no way to chat with your provider. You can only interact with customer service.

Don’t bother!

Like any San Francisco based company they do not live in reality! Charging $500 for a ten minute phone call with a doctor is ludicrous!

Avoid at all costs

My doctor has been a no show for the past two scheduled appointments and I’ve been waiting for a prescription refill for 3 weeks now with no response. Withdrawals are no joke
