They switched to a company out of San Diego. The support is terrible and the site does not work! I have people arguing with me in support.
Awful in every way
Charged $399 for a consultation even though I did not check the box consenting to the charge. I did up meeting with a provider and he told me he would submit a prescription to my pharmacy that day. It’s been several days now and still no prescription. The web experience is terrible with dead ends and no way to chat with your provider. You can only interact with customer service.

Like any San Francisco based company they do not live in reality! Charging $500 for a ten minute phone call with a doctor is ludicrous!
Avoid at all costs
My doctor has been a no show for the past two scheduled appointments and I’ve been waiting for a prescription refill for 3 weeks now with no response. Withdrawals are no joke

Problem after problem
Don’t waste your time or money! No pharmacies will fill my prescription because of the insane amount of lawsuits this company has against them. My provider wouldn’t even send my prescription to an online pharmacy that they recommended. I was a member for a few years and had problem after problem after problem. Absolutely do not recommend. Also, they prescribe medications that you can have withdrawals from, yet they don’t fill them on time! Horrible company and a sham of a “Health” company. They do not care about anything but money.

Horrible Customer Service
I’ve had horrible customer service where my doctor does not even respond to me and all that the customer service reps will do is send an email marked urgent and nothing gets done.
DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$
Very quickly took my $399 initial payment and the clinician never showed for the scheduled appointment. My account immediately went into ‘paused’ status. A week later they’re claiming they’re only going to refund $199 bc the clinician (Jamie Guy) marked that he completed the appointment with me. Lies and a quick money grab. HORRIBLE company. Do not give them a dime.

After waiting a week and a half free prescription refill I am unable to contact anybody at the company and get an answer to why. I requested a callback and got it and was told to wait another one to three days which of course led to nothing. Now I just sit and wonder if I will ever be contacted from them. So much for trying to help with anxiety and stress when they are the cause of a lot of it

So disappointed it doesn’t work in WA State
As a lifelong suffer from ADHD, I was eager to try the convenience of an app like Done. Unfortunately, after they took my money, I found out it doesn’t work in WA state. Don’t waste your money, it will lead to greater frustration and no treatment.

Please do yourself a favor and do not be involved with this fraudulent disgusting so called company. Just as an experiment I’ve left my account on “hold” for 6 months while being “reassigned” to another physician in my state. Do not fall for Done! It’s sad because they have been ripping off and taking advantage of people that need help. The start up fee when I began a year ago was 199$ now they’ve been busted as a company and it’s advertised currently for 399$ start up fee. Would never give them another dime. Don’t waste your time, this is such a scam, literally impossible to contact anyone at this company or get a response from a human. Done is literally Done, beware!!!

Horrible horrible medical care
They reinforce all the bias and stigma for women with adhd who were diagnosed later in life. My age was mentioned as if a deterrent to receive stimulants (I’m 39). You receive a lot of pushback when you ask for adhd medication and will even refuse to give you standard of care starting dosages. They delay filling prescriptions as to be able to get more monthly subscriptions out of you. It’s really poor practice and horrible care. Just bite the bullet and get on a wait list for a psych MD elsewhere. Trust me. 7 months later, I have refilled 4 scripts and have not even made it to the starting dose yet. I have absolutely no side effects. It’s just purposeful delay in care for financial gain. Stay away.
