Verbindung dauert zu lange und Qualität ist schlecht
Wir haben ein Zweifamilienhaus. Leider dauert es vom Türklingeln eines Gastes bis man ein Bild auf dem Handy bekommt viel zu lange. Da ist der Gast/Postbote längst wieder aus unserem Hof verschwunden, sodass man noch nicht mal mehr das Postauto auf dem Video sieht. So ist eine Türklingel nicht zu gebrauchen. Schade für das viele Geld einer videosprechanlage mit 2 Innen-türstationen per Video

Man wird ausgeloggt wenn jemand klingelt
So wie im Titel, seit neustem wird man ausgeloggt, sobald man versucht die Tür aufzumachen. Macht die App total nutzlos. Bitte fixen

Applicazione davvero ben fatta, intuitiva e utile. L’esperienza generale è molto positiva e risponde bene alle esigenze quotidiane.
C’è però un aspetto che merita attenzione: quando si è in auto e il telefono è collegato con Apple CarPlay, non è possibile ricevere notifiche dall’app. Le notifiche arrivano solo se il telefono non è connesso a CarPlay, e questo limita l’esperienza d’uso.
Sarebbe molto utile lavorare su questa funzionalità: ad esempio, prevedere un popup o un avviso che appaia, ma che consenta l’interazione soltanto quando l’auto è ferma e in sicurezza. In questo modo si manterrebbe la praticità senza rinunciare alla sicurezza alla guida.

There is, however, one important drawback: when driving with the phone connected to Apple CarPlay, it is not possible to receive notifications from the app. Notifications only arrive if the phone is not connected to CarPlay, which limits the user experience.
It would be great to see improvements in this area — for example, by adding a popup or alert that shows up while driving, but only allows interaction once the car is safely stopped. This way, the app would remain practical without compromising driving safety.
