Mid at best and clearly designed for right handed people
I’ve been forced to use this app and the previous latch app for over 5 years. It works well at times and at times is frustrating. Imagine spending some time to organize all of your doors in order and then when you go to use it they all revert to the original order they were in before you organized them. Frustrating to say the least but not a new problem. The original latch app did the same thing. Imagine carrying groceries home and you’re forced to use your phone and this app to open some doors. Most people will try to do it one handed and that’s probably ok if you’re right handed. All of the door buttons are on the right side. Clearly no one that works for this company is left handed or could think out of their right handed box and add a toggle to make it left handed. Other than that being forced to use this clunky app is mid. Not good or great but just kind of yeah, I can’t get in without it.

Terrible
Terrible, you can’t organize the doors anymore
Inconvenient
I cannot make a 4 digits code for myself and in general the password is not working easily like other brands
Almost there
Timing is almost there on the locks there is less of a delay than before. My big issue is that the widget disappears every single time you roll out an update
Good but could be better
It should work when the phone is not connected to WiFi the Bluetooth should be enough
