Management doesn’t see requests
I swear our management team doesn’t see requests or anything from this app. It’s also terrible to use for putting in maintenance requests. When I put in a maintenance request I’m only given one priority level to choose from and can only choose the location as either bedroom or kitchen. There’s no way to know if anyone has seen or is going to even get to your request or what will be done about it. Maybe my property management team isn’t really using this app like it should be used because they’ve been horrible beyond maintenance requests but I feel like there could be more clear communication and ways to be informed about your requests being received.
