Turns off music
Every time I open my gate it turns off my music, is there a way to fix this and so when I open my gate it doesn’t pause my music?
Doesn’t alert
This app doesn’t ring or vibrate. It just leaves silent notifications when your door rings. It’s functionally useless.
Needs Major Update/Improvements
Recently found that the app doesn’t work on an Apple iPhone 17 or 12 when talking on the phone and a guest comes to the gate. Stopped phone call and still errored out even after closing the app several times. I had to reboot the phone before the app would work. The app has been buggy since the control panel was installed several years ago. I keep missing deliveries as the delivery people don’t want to wait for someone to respond. On a positive note, the control pane itself works well when using the keypad. Please fix the app!

Es war einmal….
Leider musste ich mich wg Bildproblemen aus der App abmelden und kann mich mit meinen Zugangsdaten nicht mehr anmelden. E-Mail zur Passwort Zurücksetzung wird gar nicht erst geschickt. Ich möchte mir keine neue E-Mail-Adresse überlegen, um diese App zu nutzen. Die Klingelanlage wurde gekauft, da sie ja mit WLAN Unterstützung auch auf dem Handy zu bedienen ist und diesen Service würde ich gern auch weiterhin nutzen.. die Betreuung finde ich mehr schlecht als recht.

Subpar App
Something as basic as setting the date and time on the video display doesn’t work. There is an option to sync device time, but it does nothing. There is no way to get help on this because the ‘contact us’ is all in Chinese.
maybe the app that you use to get into your building/ accept packages shouldn’t kick me off/ log me out so frequently. crazy thought huh
Doesn’t always work
App not allowing logging in now. Needs a token. Was logged in this afternoon and app not working now. Last week was a different issue, video play back unreliability.
App buggy
App ui is buggy, for example for the short time I could use it the lock button has two options both doing the same thing, Lock1 Lock2.
I wanted to give my family members access to the app but it automatically kicks you out if someone else logs into your account and if they make their own account the app wont let you re-add the doorbell to a second account.

Paid features DO NOT work
We paid for the features for the full year and had some teething problems, spoke to their customer service team a few times, we still can’t use the features and now every email is bouncing back. I have been trying for over 3 weeks and I can’t get hold of them. The app is janky, it freezes a lot on multiple phones and the screen, this is NOT a wifi issue. Very disappointing.

Seid IOS18 nicht mehr kompatibel, sind ja nur 10 Monate.

Worst app ever
This app is so terrible. It does not send notifications even though my notifications are on. I have missed countless deliveries. It will only ring if you have the app open. What’s the point of that?

Please go to your iphone's setting page, find Doordeer App, then tap "Notifications" menu, make sure enable "Lock Screen", "Notification Center" and "Banners". Seit vorletzten Update der App nachts nur noch blaues Bild. Eigentlich kein Stern wert.
Terrible app
Hardly ever works. Don’t get notifications and constantly doesn’t connect. Changing my whole gate system because this has driven me crazy!!

App funktioniert nicht mehr beim Versuch Kontakt aufzunehmen keine Möglichkeit… benötige Email zum Zurücksetzen vom Passwort
Keine Bilder mehr und kein Türöffner
Kann seit kurzem kein Bild mehr sehen. Die Türöffnerfunktion wird zwar angesteuert funktioniert aber nicht. Es liegt auch nicht an der Verkabelung, da vom angeschlossenen Monitor alles funktioniert

Klingel und App funktionieren. Leider scrollt das Bild bei der App und es ist sehr schwer erkennbar, wer vor der Tür steht. Die ansprecht Zeit auf der App nach dem geklingelt wurde, ist relativ lange. Ob der DPD Bote so lange wartet, ist die Frage.
