Worst Customer Experience
The onboarding process took more than 2day even after the payment didn’t received any login link.
They only started responding when we asked for refund and started the move out process. Bunch of lies from keegan and lack of coordination among their team.
An average tool there is no such usp it’s similar to other WhatsApp marketing tool out there. The only thing I like here is the ease of workflow setup and automation.

No support will be provided by them
They only know how to make big promises and are never able to deliver them. They will tell you that they will be Handholding you throughout your Whatsapp Business API Journey and provide you complete support, but once you pay them the money, they completely forget you.
