Worst Customer Experience
The onboarding process took more than 2day even after the payment didn’t received any login link.
They only started responding when we asked for refund and started the move out process. Bunch of lies from keegan and lack of coordination among their team.
An average tool there is no such usp it’s similar to other WhatsApp marketing tool out there. The only thing I like here is the ease of workflow setup and automation.

No support will be provided by them
They only know how to make big promises and are never able to deliver them. They will tell you that they will be Handholding you throughout your Whatsapp Business API Journey and provide you complete support, but once you pay them the money, they completely forget you.

I have just started using doubletick, the initial experience with the whatsapp API is very good and the features are very cool. The templates are getting approved very fast which was a major problem that I have faced in other API’s and their bot creation feature is also very good. The support team is also highly responsive. I have lot more to explore in this and will give another review using in its optimal potential.

Wonderful Platform WA Business API
Nice Platform to work with, Need to add Delete Options and some improvements in few places, Before working DoubleTick team has collected lot of information from Retailers. Integration works with WA seamlessly, Welcome and stop bot is good: Auto Reply Bot need Customisation. Import from Excel saves lot of time and energy. Need Delete option mainly in Templates. Schedule Broadcast wonderful option to work with. Team integration is very good with Level of Rights option.
