Too many steps
Too many steps to place an order, not very streamline
Used to be a good app
Nothing works any more. Does not have my login any more. And there is a second app for Down to Earth. Super confusing!

But it seems like they tell the deli worker to intentionally ignore customers to encourage people to order off the app or website. Either that or she’s just bad at her job.. either way I feel like policy change needs to be enacted.
Donuts
Can you pretty please add your donuts to the take out menu????
No option to select non-gluten free anymore
I recently downloaded the app and had no problem with my first order of a the mock fishwich and it cost the same as when I used to order it in person from the kiosk.
However, now it’s asking to select a bun a option for the fishwich with no option of non-gluten free bun and makes you select one of the gluten free bun/wrap choices that both cost extra. It won’t let you place an order for it until you select one. So my recommendation is to add a “regular bun” option to the list of bun selections for this particular item.
Also the bean and cheese burrito only offers vegan cheese options but if you order in person there is an option for regular cheese. So another recommendation is to allow the selection for a regular, non-vegan cheese option instead of making it vegan-only when on the app. I’m sure the app works mostly as intended so 3 stars for now.

No Option for WW Bread or Vegetarian Society Discount
App concept is great. Unfortunately, there is no option choice for whole wheat bread for the Rainforest Sub and perhaps other sandwiches. Also, there is no option for the Vegetarian Society discount when checking out.
Timing issue
Easy to navigate and use app but staff does not get orders ready on time.

Super easy app! Only problem was I didn’t see an option to tip the delivery driver and she was awesome!

I love the app! Convenient and gets to every aspect that you need for your food! I do wish there was a rewards program though by overall great app
Awesome sauce
I’ve used this app a dozen or so times. It’s convenient and easy. I order, drive up and park. Walk in and pick up my order even when there’s a line of 10 people “in front” of me. The ladies at the Kahului store in Maui are always friendly.

Ordered a Super Smoothie
I just placed an order on this App and the order was processed. I showed up to the store in Aiea, HI and they never got the order. I guess don’t trust the App!

Simple, easy & convenient! Now if they only had a drive thru window lol! This app is perfect for moms on the go like me but still want a nutritious snack/meal either for myself or the kiddos.

7/30/15 - I made my order difficult, to see how they'd do. Mock Chicken Supreme on a whole weat wrap, no cheese, nacho chips with salsa, and a Stevia root beer. Pick up in 5 mins. When I arrived 10 mins. later I went straight to the Express Pickup area and the cashier had it ready with a smile. Great job Down to Earth. I recommend this app to everyone, especially lunch when time is short! - Frank

Great ap
Loaded easily. Easy to navigate. Choose your sandwiches, juice or smoothies, customize, choose when you want to pick up, pay with card then just walk in and it's ready. Skip those long lines to order and pay. Save favorites too. Ordered twice today. Worked great both times.
