Never works

I never had issues with this app until recently. Whenever I open the app to check my flights, I always get a message saying something went wrong. Then there is a button that says "try again" but does nothing! I've contacted support and was told to delete and reinstall app which I've done multiple times. I was charged my yearly fee for this app service in August . Come September, the app has not worked at all! Until I can access my account through the app I won't be able to change my membership.
