Update is poor
American moved my reservation extending my layover from 4 hr to > 12 hr but Dreampass never updated it. When I called the agent who booked my flight, what I was told is basically “ suck it up” , this is on airline not us. They send you email notification. If I have to follow my email while traveling, does it make sense to have this travel app that should be doing exactly that job for me ? However, I was getting spammed with text message for a great flight deal for cheap.

Unable to use or cancel
I tried using this app during travel and none of the features were available to me at my destination and now I’m unable to cancel this subscription because they’re telling me they can’t find my account and I just got an email telling me they’re renewing it at $149 / year.

Waisted my time
All my flight info and booking numbers were in the app. I flew on several flights with many connection. I did not receive any updates or corrections. It only works if everything is perfect. If I only counted on Dreampass I would still be at the airport. I am grateful for United airlines sending me direct updates and options to change flights within the app.

Skylux tricked me into buying this $500 program I never wanted, then when I discovered 17 days later in the fine print that it is possible to cancel for the first fourteen days, they said too bad, so sad. BEWARE!
