Do Not Subscribe — Paying for 28 Days but Losing Service, Unresolved Low TDS Issue and No Accountabi
This has been a highly frustrating and disappointing experience. The core issue is that the water purifier is consistently delivering water with very low TDS levels, which raises serious concerns about water quality and safety. Despite multiple escalations, this issue remains unresolved.
Every time, I receive the same scripted response, but there is no real action or accountability from DP team. What is worse is that DP team has already confirmed that the machine will continue to provide the same poor TDS levels, which clearly means the problem is not going to be fixed.
Yet, DP team is still pushing me to recharge the subscription. This shows that the priority is collecting money rather than delivering a working service. Even if I recharge now, the validity is being counted from the previous date, which means I am losing around 10 days of service for a product that has not been functioning properly. This is completely unfair and unacceptable.
There is no justification for asking a customer to pay when the issue is still unresolved. Either fix the problem immediately or process cancellation without enforcing lock-in conditions.
This level of service, lack of ownership, and repeated false assurances have completely eroded trust. I would strongly advise others to think twice before subscribing.

I am extremely disappointed with DrinkPrime’s service. Over time, their quality has degraded badly, and now it has reached a point where it is affecting my family’s health.
Due to poor maintenance of their water purifier, my entire family suffered from severe food poisoning and diarrhea. This is not a small issue—it is a serious health hazard. Even their own technician admitted that they have started using cheaper quality filters because of high customer volume. This is completely unacceptable for a company dealing with drinking water.
Despite raising multiple complaints (more than 7–8 times in a year), there has been no proper resolution. The app itself doesn’t even show complaints older than 3 months, which hides their poor service history. I also requested a replacement of the purifier, but they ignored it.
Because of their negligence, I had to spend over ₹50,000 on hospital bills. This is not just bad service—it is dangerous and irresponsible behavior.
I strongly warn others: do not rely on DrinkPrime if you care about your family’s health. Their declining service and poor-quality filters can lead to serious consequences.

Bad - New Good But Only for 1st Year
I subscribed to the new dp 2years back. And had one before also multiple times but fortunately just for 1year. If you are planning for a new one then everything would be perfect but as it gets old and ask for maintenance their customer support will make you cry blood. The in office team and on ground team who comes are in completely async. They just create a ticket on reaching but the on ground team who comes for the check will just call or come for the sake of marking their ticket complete not for resolving the issue. Learnt my lesson and would close the subscription this year. And what fraud these guys are they dont even intimate you that your subscription is about to end and as you run out of water you realise and have to go for the subscription because you need water now you cannot go for the new ro also. You better mark the calendar to escape the vicious loop.

Pathetic pathetic service. DO NOT GET THIS!!!!
I made the mistake of getting DrinkPrime since I had heard tall claims from the team and decided that I would give a go. How wrong I was. I decided to relocate to a new house that is 4 to 5 km from my old place and raised a ticket for the team to relocate the purifier on 31st of January. Today is 4th of January, and I have still not had my purifier installed by their team. All of them are absolutely incompetent, and you cannot even contact them via a number because they have a chat based customer support (none of whom will be able to help you either by the way). Absolutely pathetic service, the worst I have ever seen in the industry. Unfortunately for me, I have paid three months in advance out of which two will mostly go to waste because I am pretty sure they will not refund my amount. I request everybody to never even look at DrinkPrime since it is the worst company to have ever been started. Absolutely pathetic.

Pretty bad Product and Service
We’ve been using drinkPrime for a while now, but unfortunately, the experience has been quite disappointing. The biggest issue is that the machine often fails to sync, which creates a lot of inconvenience—especially for a family that depends on a consistent water supply. When the machine doesn't work, you're left stuck without any immediate resolution.
While the pricing model is fairly reasonable, the quality of service doesn't match up. Earlier, we could call customer support and get quick help, but now they’ve removed that option. You're forced to use chat support, which is far from efficient. As many would agree, most technical issues simply can’t be resolved effectively over chat.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend drinkPrime unless they seriously improve their machine reliability and bring back proper customer support channels.

I literally face a lot of problem in this purifier like I paid for three months subscription, but I got just for two months subscription and then while removing it , I was shifting somewhere, but what happened before shifting, I remove this purifier, while refund process, I just got 1100 But I should get 1500 and I asked customer support that this happened to not get refund properly then WHAT THE SAID “i have to pay rent of purifier, and water subscription also”

Worst customer support, Rude behaviour
I’ve raised a ticket to cancel the subscription few days ago, today I’ve received a call from the agent and he gave me the option to buy a purifier and asked me to pay 4K, and I’ve told him that same call I received before and they offered same purifier for 3500, immediately he told me that as I’m working here we have an option to give that discount so yes if you’re making payment to day we can go ahead and give it for 3500, then i said just give us 2 days time let me check with my dad because he is the one who can takecare of everything so I asked him to wait, then he started conversation and said that I’m not sure about the offer after 2 days, I’ve told him that we are not able to take the decision right back however try to hold the price for another 2 days so that I’ll let you know, if guys know Telugu he used one sentence saying that “meku Maku set avvadhu cancellation ticket confirm chesthuna” then he disconnected the call.
FYI: he is not giving basic respect to the customer not listening and not understanding the situation, finally when I’m asking about 2 days means we might interested with the offer but need time to confirm.. & finally he cancelled the services with rude behaviour means he forced to disconnect the services and letting out the customers this kind of services will never worked out , guys I referred few of my friends and relatives this I lost trust on DrinkPrime and disappointed.. I raised a ticket for uninstallation but I didn’t get any response from them. After raising ticket from the very next day since 4 days I was calling them morning and evening just responding like you will get a call but today they blocked my number am unable to call them. Completely worst experience with drink prime. They are just available for installation later whatever the issues we are raising not even responding us. If you don’t wanna do uninstallation why don’t you let us know at the time installation that we don’t take purifier back. Why you promised us we will take back when you don’t use. If you want to sell just sell why are giving fake promises to customer. My advise is just don’t go for that.

I have taken DrinkPrime subscription in the month of February 2024. In the beginning. I felt very good Service and all the remaining things are very flexible if we compare with the other purifiers, but for the last four months, I’m facing the water taste issues and complaining regarding this they are sending a technician he is telling TDS has got increased and the technician is solving the issue and going every month. I keep on calling them for the same issue because the water taste is very bad. And today I had a talk with the call centre team and they are telling. If again the water tasting is changed. we will send a technician. We will come and do the same procedure. no permanent solution for this. with the other companies, if we have any issue, they will come and solve the problem change and go, but here only technician technician will come and do the same procedure very bad service very bad units.

Recently brought this product,(A week ago) but didn't got any chance to use this properly, as from day 1 its showing to recharge, since its a new connection and without complete payment (including one month rent), they will not install the product, but we wonder why its like this and, we called the customer service more than 3 times and always the response will be same, we will discuss with the concerned team and it will get resolved within a day, and we extended your validity for a day. But till date no proper action, no call from their end to resolve this issue.

Avoid using DrinkPrime and their service has been degraded
Using drinkprime around Nov 2021. Recently i have worst experience from service professional as well as backend team for 1month. There service professional does not follow basic hygiene for filter tank cleaning. Cleaning done with bare hands. Even after complaints they send same guy with senior one but still purifier was giving hard water for which i told them filter needs to be replaced. They said filter is good. After 3weeks again i did water issue complaint and service guy came. He told it is at 477 tds that means for 3 weeks we were drinking hard water from purifier😟👏

My friend recommended me to try drinkprime service as my old water purifier gave up on me. I wanted a good hassle free purifier without breaking my wallet. Looking at the prices of water purifier these days along with their yearly maintenance this service is too good to be true. When i contacted the sales guy he was well informed and gave me exactly what i demanded. The installation was delayed once but they came the next day and did their thing. The water purifier is connected with their app so you can check the validity or the usage, call for a service if needed, recharge etc. Looking up for a good service from them. Will update the review in the coming months and share my experience with them.

I have been using it since one month, water quality is very good but there are few constrains with it. If you have choose a couple pack and while you observe in a month you consumes less water and you want to go with solo plan, it will allow you but you won’t able to carry forward you water balance in next month if you decided to choose small plan otherwise it’s a good choise.
