The camera is great when it works for the last week my live view has been down I called customer service they told me 1 to rest the camera and redownload the app that’s didn’t I called customer service again they then blamed it on the service provider
Inconsistent and full of bugs
It frequently just plain does not work. When I start the car I’ll get like 10 to 50 notifications in a row that the car started. It frequently gives false reports. Not sure if it is their hardware or software or both that are trash but it’s definitely trash.

My car could be 2 states down stolen and I still wouldn’t know until 14 hours later after it refreshes the page to locate
It sorta works
For an app I need to pay $100 a year for I wish it worked more often than not. It’ll go three days between connections, work for a week, then back to spotty connection. I’ve had the hardware updated, app, and even tried moving the antenna. Still, the app has serious issues connecting. When it does work, I really enjoy it. But man is it sucky when it doesn’t

I’m glad that I went & got this Drone mobile alarm. I love it. I wouldn’t have a vehicle without it.
highly unsatisfactory
2 years since installed by a professional company. device shows full service but refuses to connect, constantly dropping service. drains my truck battery’s, i got this for peace of mind after a theft of the truck and since it’s been a nightmare. i did go back to the shop i had it installed at and they supplied the product, got told we can’t help you call dronemobile.
i have to unplug the device from the truck every week to reset.
$1,500 wasted. maybe it’s just my bad luck but im about done and ready to cancel my subscription

Not worth it
Half the time I get a connection failed code on the app. After installing drone mobile the range in my key got significantly worse and on top of that the car will randomly tell me it can’t detect my key.

Crashes a lot, easy for it to glitch out.
If you see that your installer asks you to download this app, be prepared to have it steal your app.
I spent like $700 on the product with all the functionalities, GPS antenna, proximity, the device itself, etc... Before, I couldn't use GPS tracking, receive notifications on my phone, or control it from my phone.
Now you can't do absolutely anything unless you pay for a subscription. You used to be able to configure your device that you already paid for, but magically, for some time now you can't, and even for that you have to subscribe.

Meh
I love the app. It’s amazing. Saves me time in the winter. Can get into a nice warm car. And the tracking is great too. My issue is the reliability. Multiple times it loses signal for no reason. I thought it was my signal but it’s the app itself. So let’s say there’s an emergency and you don’t have your keys and you rely on the app, that’s a big issue. It’s done it a couple times to me and I just wish they would be more reliable.

I love how fast my car turns on using the app! Highly recommend! And the annual subscription is a no brainer at $60 annually!!!
