App does not work! Crashes.
The app used to work perfectly, but for almost a month now it has continuously crashed immediately upon opening. I’ve updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times, updated the app last night to their newest update and tried every basic troubleshooting step recommended, but nothing has fixed the issue.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I’ve been a paying subscriber and the customer support experience has been extremely disappointing. Responses take several days at a time, turning what should be a simple support issue into weeks of back-and-forth with no resolution. At this point, it honestly feels like there isn’t a dedicated app support team available to properly address technical issues like this.
I’ve been patient and have given support plenty of time to resolve the problem, but after nearly a month of paying for an app I cannot even open, I’m left with no choice but to cancel my membership.
I really hope the company improves both the stability of the app and its customer support, because I enjoyed using it when it actually worked.

Notification sounds?
The best part about this alarm system was the fact that your phone sends you a notification when the alarm is triggered. I updated the app yesterday (Aug 25th) now I don't get notification sounds. I get the notifications still, but no sound and no vibration. What's the point? These updates seem to hurt the apps more than they help! If it's not broken, don't "fix" it!

Great app idea bad fictionality
Remote view never works . Live view never works. If your going to require a membership, then you better be able to provide the service your asking people to pay.

I am really liking my remote car starter. It’s perfect for not having to get into a Florida HOT car. The only thing frustrating me is how to turn the chimes volume down or off for the keychain fob. ITSSS SOOO LOUDDDD & it scares people around me I public.

This app sucks. My car wont unlock because I press unlock and its not doing anything, ive tired even the truck and the car isnt doing anything, do not get this app.
Complete Trash App! Definitely not worth it
How is it so expensive for this system and it takes 10 mins to pull up the feed. It’s like dial up slow or even slower. I despise waiting so long to see the live feed. You can never see anything in time unless the alarm goes off. It robs you of data even when you adjust settings. It’s a complete scam and they should be sued for the amount of frustration this trash app causes… Not worth it at all!!!

When it works
The camera is great when it works for the last week my live view has been down I called customer service they told me 1 to rest the camera and redownload the app that’s didn’t I called customer service again they then blamed it on the service provider
Inconsistent and full of bugs
It frequently just plain does not work. When I start the car I’ll get like 10 to 50 notifications in a row that the car started. It frequently gives false reports. Not sure if it is their hardware or software or both that are trash but it’s definitely trash.

My car could be 2 states down stolen and I still wouldn’t know until 14 hours later after it refreshes the page to locate
It sorta works
For an app I need to pay $100 a year for I wish it worked more often than not. It’ll go three days between connections, work for a week, then back to spotty connection. I’ve had the hardware updated, app, and even tried moving the antenna. Still, the app has serious issues connecting. When it does work, I really enjoy it. But man is it sucky when it doesn’t

I’m glad that I went & got this Drone mobile alarm. I love it. I wouldn’t have a vehicle without it.
highly unsatisfactory
2 years since installed by a professional company. device shows full service but refuses to connect, constantly dropping service. drains my truck battery’s, i got this for peace of mind after a theft of the truck and since it’s been a nightmare. i did go back to the shop i had it installed at and they supplied the product, got told we can’t help you call dronemobile.
i have to unplug the device from the truck every week to reset.

Not worth it
Half the time I get a connection failed code on the app. After installing drone mobile the range in my key got significantly worse and on top of that the car will randomly tell me it can’t detect my key.
