I’ve been using Dropbox to store all of my business files & personal business forever. I’ve never had trouble with missing files, changes that Dropbox makes, opening files or sending files to others unlike other cloud storage services. Please don’t change anything!

What happened?
This app was great until recently. It’s like Microsoft email took over- I’ll upload a folder/files on my desktop, and then I’ll go into recents on the app on my phone, and nowhere to be found. I’ll go to “files/folders”, not there either. I have to search for the file/folder I made and SOMETIMES it will show up. Also, you used to be able to “select all” when download/exporting photos and now I can’t seem to find that anywhere? Seems like there is so many more unnecessary steps to just saving media. 👎

Cannot customize homepage
I hope this is a temporary glitch. The home page is not really a home page anymore. It just lists files based on which preset filter you activate. There is no “artist icon” to edit the home page and no favorites section. I can’t see upload progress for camera uploads either. All it does is list files. Could you please fix this?

Dropbox is easy to use and easy to create file folders. I have no problem moving files, renaming, deleting or adding to files I already have.
