Does not work for UK mobile

Could not get verification sms for UK number so unable to use the app. Not very clever. Guess I will use Uber that just works 👍

Lost in construction

Fantastic service. We had a difficult time finding the exact location where I needed to go. My driver was so kind. We found the correct place!

If you’re a foreigner don’t use this app, it’s a waste of your time

I booked a taxi, says i have to book in advance. I waited the thirty minutes, taxi got here way after the time i booked and then as he got to my location proceeded to cancel my trip. This lead me to ordering another taxi which i had waited for another 45 minutes, everytime i checked his location the arrival time kept increasing and his distance kept getting further. Don’t waste your time people

Not reliable for POD

Multiple times , booking got cancelled despite doing ahead of time.
No respect to POD bookings.
3 weeks to register sanad card and at the end unable to avail the benefit because of cancellations.

I have used this facility. The driver who comes is always professional and very courteous and it’s an amazing experience.

Looks Fancy Not Functioning

Not easy app to use nor friendly in times of rush hours with many restrictions…

Cancelled Twice without Notice

I had a scheduled POD ride at the pickup time the app shows me the driver arriving in 16 mins. Arrival time kept changing from 16 mins to 18 and back. I called the driver, the system tells me “the number is not used.” I scheduled another ride initially arriving in 6 mins. Driver never answered his phone. DTC cancelled the ride 20 minutes later.
If you are used to Uber-like applications, this app is counterintuitive.

For tourists?

It seems that you need a local SIM number before you can register. Not very helpful if using local free Wi-Fi services in hotels and malls.

Really bad application

The OTP doesn’t work the map very bad compared to others also car arrival time horrible delete this app and join others better

App keeps crashing

App keeps crashing. Booked a cab and app kept crashing for over 20 minutes. It either does not load or it crashes. Couldn’t see where my driver was, my trip was canceled by the driver and I was charged cancellation fee

Appalling service

First time using and our ride was cancelled without any notice or explanation. Left us straddled and late for an important anniversary dinner. If it is import than you are there on time, do not rely on this app.

Having trouble adding credit card

Tried three credit cards from three different companies but none was successful added despite the transactions were all approved. Please fix the bug.

Payment functions badly designed and broken

My credit card expired and I needed to update with the new expiration date. There is no way to do that. You have to delete the card and enter a new one which is a sign of someone who doesn’t know what they are doing. However each time I try to add a card it fails despite the fact that the issuer has approved the transaction. I tried with two different cards with no success. It would be great if you focused less on marketing and actually fixed the user experience.

Using the app to call a luxury taxi that is cheapest has never been easier. And the drivers are friendly and professional

No show

I’m so disappointed since we booked 2 trips and had a no show for both. We didn’t receive a call or any notification. Got a canned response from “customer service”

I am trying to sign-up and whenever I’m entering the OTP, the app will just simply close and back to scratch again.
