App is useless
The app is useless. After I downloaded it and tried to open it, it didn’t work.
If there were a rating lower than zero, I would choose it.
Very poor service.
Approval always gets delayed or rejected.
I waited over an hour at the clinic after being told it would take only 20 minutes.
Customer service keeps saying there is a system issue with no solution.
Extremely disappointing experience.

Unusable
Got a premium insurance but can’t use the app because the register flow isn’t working. Everything about the app is terrible. Hope the insurance isn’t as bad. Do better!

اسوأ شركة تأمين في كافة التعاملات علشان دوا واحد تاخد كام يوم ايميلات ومراسلات وطلبات كأنها عملية مش علبة دوا غير ان خدمة العملاء مش متاحة اصلا سواء دبي للتأمين او ميدنت لا انصح بيهم اذا شخص يهمه صحته لانهم هيمرضوك اساسا
