Perfect for my small business!
I am a bridal hairstylist and Dubsado is the best virtual assistant I could ask for! I will say I spent numerous hours building and learning the site but once it’s done you can sit back and let the site work its magic! Perfect for collecting lead information, contracts, scheduling, questionnaires, invoices and payments AND keeping communication all in one place! Highly recommend 10/10

Keeps getting better
No longer need a computer to run my business. This app allows me to do everything on my phone now and it keeps getting better with every update.

Not enough features from the desktop version
The app is pretty limited. I do think it has potential, but it need more of the features added. Like being able to update my availability on my schedules. And access to more of the template features.

Dubsado is part of my daily business toolkit adding order to the running of projects in terms of signing contracts, documenting approvals and scheduling important meetings.

Have been a Dubsado fan since they started and always wanted an app since I do a lot of my work from my phone. This has streamlined so much of what I do and makes it possible to work literally anywhere!!
Makes staying organized and on top of things almost effortless.
Before I embarked on utilizing a CRM system I did it all by hand, and unfortunately many projects were lost due to the chaos and missed opportunities. It used to be so stressful trying to manage all the steps in the process but now so much of it is automated, all the customer files, communication, and contracts, payments etc are right at my fingertips. Very pleased. Income nearly doubled as a result of getting organized and efficient.

Long time Dubsado user, big time fan
I love that we have an app now! Most of my business is automated thanks to their easy workflows but it’s nice to just jump into that app when I need to. I adore this CRM and recommend it to all of my wedding industry friends. I’ve tried others and none of them compare to the customer experience. My clients love their portals as well, very easy to use and access all of my guides.

I’m so happy the mobile app has the functionality it does. I mostly use it to make quick changes so I don’t forget to do it when I get home. 10/10!
Honest Review
I absolutely love Dubsado as a platform. However the fact that I can only use it on my laptop is annoying. Half the time I can’t even get the Dubsado app to even open. It just sits there and loads for AGES.
No zoom display adjustment
Doesn’t work with the zoom display setting on iPhone. All the icons overlap and the app setting don’t respond if you enlarge your text or click the large display setting. Unfortunately I’m too blind to see the tiny text any other way. Hope to see a more responsive version in the near future but those without 20/20

I can’t even open it on my phone but still get some notifications?
Glitchy won’t open on apple iPhone
It was working fine and then suddenly will not ever open.
Useless at the moment
It’s good they developed the app, but with the latest version i cannot pass the login form.
Cannot insert email templates
I’ve been with Dubsado for at least 4 years and I’m so happy they finally have the app. But I am truly surprised that the most basic function of inserting an email template, is not available….
Life just got easier
I didn’t think Dubsado could make my life any easier than it already had, but I was wrong! The app has made things even better! I especially love that I can countersign agreements and schedule appointments without pulling out my laptop. Thank you Dubsado!!
