Best workout app I’ve used

I’ve been using DUEL for a bit now and it’s quickly become one of my favorite fitness apps. What really sets it apart is how it combines workout tracking with a social and competitive aspect to stay accountable, and actually have fun while working toward my goals.

The tailored workout feature is easily my favorite part. It completely takes the hassle out of trying to figure out what to do at the gym or at home. Instead of wasting time building a plan, DUEL gives me workouts that feel personalized and effective, which makes it so much easier to stay consistent.

Overall, it’s a great mix of structure, motivation, and competition. If you’re someone who wants to stay active but also enjoys a bit of friendly rivalry, DUEL is definitely worth checking out.

Great workout app with fun compete feature

I’ve been using DUEL for about a month. I log all of my workouts in here, and it’s great to get to compete with others and see what types of lifts and strength others have. I get stronger now.
