I enter my phone number during sign up and click continue. It does not go past that. Neither gives any messages what is it not happy about. Dev support - pls take a look.

Tried signup but it doesnt go past mobile number screen no matter what. Does not show any error. Poorly designed ui
Non-functional app
Downloaded the app yesterday and couldn’t login at all. Closed the app multiple times and re-tried. Tried again today but no luck. Finally ended up using Swiggy Genie
Waste app
The Dunzo app failed to allocate a proper delivery partner. Despite stating that cash on delivery is unavailable, they deducted the payment through Google Pay but did not assign a partner for the delivery. When we tried to cancel the order, they refused to refund the amount. The customer care team is unresponsive and unhelpful when we request a refund, and they use inappropriate language during calls. Moreover, when we attempt to contact them again, they do not answer our call

Worst service
Ordered some items from dunzo but received a damaged item and when I raised my complaint there is no response from the customer support team.

I sent a package and the dunzo selected vendor Suresh Gowda, as soon as he picked up the package called my cousin who it was going to be delivered to and said i am
delivering the package to you and mentioned the exact contents . the only way he would ahve known the contents was if he opened it as it was packaged well. He then did not deliver it at all but on the dunzo app he noted as delivered with an image of something else.
I contacted Dunzo right away, there was absolutely no response let alone investigation. absolutely worst service.
BE careful DUNZO hires crooks and thieves .DUNZO customer service is the worst

Dunzo makes staying at home a great experience. I can get anything I want delivered and send special packages to my friends and loved ones too.
It would be nice if multiple drops could be booked in one delivery. Please include that option.

I can’t order brun pav, the item just isn’t listed
I need to order brun pav but I can’t choose it, you guys only offer prepackaged ladi pav. I tried looking up local bakeries none pop up, I mean I don’t see a reason for this. It’s been a very inconvenient experience in my opinion.

Very bad customer service
I ordered a lactogen of 500gm and paid the amount they asked and delivered only 200gm and when I complained in Dunzo support. They closed the ticket without any reply I send pictures and videos as a proof. Very bad customer service. And when we email they they will not respond properly. Where the customer will go for cheating. If they don’t have particular product they have to inform the customer so they can cancel the order
