My favorite place
There is nothing better than Dutch Bros in my opinion. Always hits!! Love their variety and their seasonal drinks. Haven’t tried anything on their menu that isn’t good. The only down fall for me is that I travel a lot. I always look for a Dutch. The app doesn’t automatically switch back and forth based on location. So I have sent my orders to other towns if I have traveled and forget to change my location back

Online order/points
Before I say anything, this mix up was totally my fault, we had great service all around from everyone we met, I’ve never had a bad experience with employees in my area, they’re all so kind and generous, most go above and beyond with they’re customer service and make you feel more comfortable, like talking to an old friend rather than just talking to an employee/stanger.
Anywho the real situation: I did an online order and there was a 100 bonus points offer that I had activated, the guy who came for our order and delivered our drinks hadn’t scanned my app (I thought it would go through automatically cause I did it online) I noticed my points didn’t go through so we went back and a different guy scanned my app for the points and I also got an extra 100 points. I’m so grateful even though it’s more than I expected.

Much better service and prices. Plus my birthday reward is good for 30 days while the Starbucks is only good the same day as your birthday.

If you haven’t, you should! I definitely go to Dutch Bros every time I am on Ramsey Street in Fayetteville, NC. I would love to see a Dutch Bros off Raeford Road. Value, delicious coffee, and great service!
