Absolutely love this location. Every single employee is extremely friendly bubbly. I love it. Call me by name every morning. I’m there. Never had a mess up with my order. My order is always ready on time. If I can give this location 20 stars I would.

There should be an option on the app to order hand blended or extra thick but there isn’t!!

The app was easy to use but the drink ordered was over flowing and it spilled on me had to ask the girl at the window for napkins. They were also out of the cup sleeves I think it is ridiculous to have only a few on hand for free when you could have more and charge a low price for customers to purchase. My reason for trying your establishment was for the sleeve.

I went to my local Dutch Bros on Madison Street in Clarksville Tennessee and I got there very early and they only had 40 sleeves for their giveaway. When I spoke to other people in the Nashville area, they ordered multiple drinks and got a sleeve with every order. My first order was at 6 o’clock, which I ordered while I was there and then I had a pick up order closer to seven and the fact that they didn’t have sleeves that even 6 o’clock was pretty disheartening.

Great except for store location feature
Love this app except that it doesn’t change the location of the order-ahead store to your nearest location. I’ve sent my orders to the wrong store many times and they don’t really have a solution.
