I use this app all the time. It is super simple to order and get points for free drinks. The staff is always nice too! Also, I love the iced vanilla oat milk latte, it is my favorite.
Clunky and slow app
This app shows a loading icon for a second or two for nearly every button press during checkout. You cannot save your car color and type, so you have to click 2 options each time you place an order resulting in 2 pauses while the icon comes up and it loads on top of the other 7 times it does it each checkout AND the app will forget your order if you build it out and then spend 15 minutes doing something else. LOVE Dutch bros, but this app is so terribly designed it’s like they are trying to drive people away from using it.

Hot coffee on a hot day
I know it sounds crazy, hot coffee on a hot day. My mom was addicted to coffee and so am I. But I prefer hot over cold. I grabbed the hot caramel pumpkin brûlée and a sparkling soda with strawberry boba for my daughter. Both made super delicious 😋😋😋

In kentucky right now for louder than life and i LOVEEEE making my own coffee at home so i made it a mission of trying every coffee place i havent tried, i tried dutch bros today and got a latte with 4 shots, literally was still sweet and could still taste the coffee while tasting all the flavors. amazingggg!!
