Limited ordering & ability to contact
The app is limited on what you can order, because I don’t see the 96-oz coffee that you used to be able to order with an order form. (The website sends you to a paper order form dated 2024, and is that still usable?) The contact part of the app goes to a chatbot that gives the same unhelpful response repeatedly, without connecting to a person, and they don’t give a way to contact individual locations.

I love dutch so much this app is easy to use and has many helpful features! the order ahead is easy, the rewards are good, and the dutch pass is really convenient. However it would make this app PERFECT if it had a delivery option. PLEASE DUTCH!!!

Can’t order hand blended via the app
Good app and use it frequently but can’t use it for order ahead as there is no option in the app to request your drink be hand blended. Would give 5/5 otherwise.
