User reviews

One word: Useless

It plans the worst routes and takes forever to come to you and drop you off (like 20mins) It also gives you a false eta, so you risk end up being late to the amtrak or something else. It’s literally better just to walk. I rather risk my life walking in -5 degrees weather in the darkness of the night than suffer using eagle express.

No route planning

Absolute awful route planning, we drove in circles for 18 minutes picking up people on the same block time after time. This does NOT beat walking in the 26° cold.

Terrible

The routes literally make no sense. They picked me up, then drove close to my destination then all the way back to where I lived to pick someone else up. Makes no sense. Just walk.

Horrible app

At this point it’s both faster and safer to just walk tbh

Shockingly ineffective

This app is BEYOUND frustrating. I prefer walking across campus in the depths of the night than have to use this app. Not being able to flag down the limo is horribly awful. It was better without the app.
