Hate the name! Love the app!

I heard about this app but didn't have a device that could run the higher os (I can't update my old devices). I actually purchased a brand new device to be able to run this app. It was worth it! This app is amazing for language learning. I am trying to learn French and with this app, I can have open 3 windows - French/French, French/English, English/French and see all the translations together. Plus it works offline so it doesn't feel like spyware. And it is not a subscription (which is a deal breaker for me - I don't buy subscription based apps).

I wish the (sorry, but gross) name could be changed, but I put the app in my dock so I don't have to see the app's name. App name aside, it's a great app!

I do have a few wish list items. Please consider...
* A separate font size setting on a per window basis (ideally with a slider to change on the fly)
* Adjusting the margins to better allow for a vertical layout (the text gets cut off when the windows are narrow)
* Please add a 'back' button to close the settings screen
* It would be nice if there was a way to save the transcripts for each window
* It would be helpful if the text didn't go away so quickly by default (maybe it could scooch up a bit instead of disappear?)
* It would also be nice if there was a pause button to keep the text frozen on the screen for those times you want to get a good look at the text
* Sometimes it's very difficult to select the desired language (it jumps around and is hard to select sometimes)
* It would be great if you could set default languages (it's a pain to have to set them manually each time)
* It might not be possible, but it would be great if you could automatically open, say, 3 windows with 3 default language pairs, ideally in a horizontal layout
* Sometimes it doesn't detect external audio very well, other times it does a GREAT job. I'm going to get an external microphone, so hopefully that will help, but please advise if there are any tips/tweaks to make it more consistent

Thank you for this fantastic app!! Wow, just wow.

Response from developer

Many thanks for the great and detailed review! The latest app update is now available on the AppStore and I have incorporated most of your requests....except setting default languages for multiple windows...and changing the app name! Most of the changes should be self explanatory. I've added the ability to mute listening - tap the ear icon which appears top middle of the screen (when you tap the screen). There are some new options in the Settings screen. You probably want "Rolling Text" turned on so the new sentences "scooch" up the screen. You also probably want "Detect Silence" on and "Detect Silence" on so you can see the ear icon. "Show silence message" to be off, so you keep the translations on screen even when there is long silences. Also you probably want "Center Justified" off. I added the ability to set margin defaults per window (tap the button with sliders on it to set the margins)....however, if you were wanting do due that because of truncating of some words - then no need - the update fixes that so they never truncate. Also a bunch of performance improvements for when you have multiple windows open. Hope all goes well.
