Fantastic App - Wish I could save the pics
Ease is amazing. For parents with a child in the NICU like me it is literally life changing. It’s made it our experience 10x more positive being able to get pictures and updates from the nurses and doctors. The only reason I am not rating 5 stars is because I can’t save the pictures. We used to be able to screenshot them but that is now gone too which is devastating. Overall great app, but PLEASE let me download the pictures or at least screenshot them again.

Amazing but one new issue
I recently had a baby very early who is in the NICU. We have been loving these updates the last couple of weeks to make us feel connected when we can’t be there in person, but just recently the app stopped letting us screenshot the pictures. I screenshot them so that I can look back and send pictures and updates to my family. I hope that they update the app to remove this restriction again.

It was absolutely wonderful to have this communications between the Hospital and I could watch my husbands progress. I have a couple people in my family that are involved in the medical field and they were very impressed with it also

I wait for the ringtone and I know my grandson has more photos. This is wonderful. I can tell Millo is well taken care of and we all appreciate the entire nursing staff and the doctors. Thank you

This app is amazing! Being able to stay updated on my babies care when I can’t be at the hospital with him is really helpful to decrease stress. Also allowing family members to receive updates to helps them feel better too. It’s super easy to use, reminds me of Snapchat. This was definitely a game changer for families that have loved ones in the hospital.

At first when the nicu staff helped me with this I could screenshot the photos they sent of my son. And after a while it started turning completely white and I was devastated because I can’t make it to the nicu everyday. I randomly tried to screenshot today and it worked!!!! That made me extremely happy because it gives me a peace of mind to be able to see my micropreemie throughout the day/night

There’s a bug
My son’s nurse said that their app updated, and now everytime I try to screenshot it’s completely white!
