Worst banking app
I can’t even do online banking with this app. I only see white screen after logging in. User experience is so bad.

Hey! Other banks are updating their apps to a more convenient, faster and more efficient one. You are way left behind! Your app is crap and rubbish. Have you even trued using it?
Feels obsolete
The interface is so backwards, it feels like an app for Nokia from early 2000's. Komo, an Eastwest Rural Bank subsidiary, has an app that's 10x better. It's baffling how they can't make an app for their main bank that's half as decent.

Mobile app and Web page are not able to update Password ETC. Frustrating

The least user friendly bank app
This app is similar to what BDO had back in 2015. No face ID/touch ID support. Your loans/credit card accounts keep disappearing. Its practicAlly just an unreliable balance inquiry tool.
Oh and a tip, ios automatically makes ur first letter of the username in caps, making you unable to login.
I would avoid this bank all together if I could.

When you try to signup
It says your account is already enrolled
when you try to get your login credentials it says your account not enrolled

June 2020 Always Network Error
App always say there is a Network Error, when there isn't. Please fix this app! Even the updates can't install.

no choice but to press 1 star but totally should be nothing. very difficult to generate otp because offline all the time.
Unable to login
Has this been tested? You should not deploy a build wherein you cannot even login. Can you just redeploy the working version?
Fix your app
My colleagues and can’t access the app. It always says login error. It had been like this for days now. How can we use mobile banking when your mobile banking app is broken? This is not the first time that your system failed.
Getting worst
I used to love the app. Its getting difficult to make transactions with this app. It loads very slow, thus logging-in takes time. Making transactions such as paying bills takes a “lifetime” to load even you are with good internet signal. Please fix the problem.

Worst ever mobile banking app
It never works, always offline when internet banking works on my PC. Even one of the bank tellers said she was unable to access mobile banking for several days. My home Bank mobile banking always working and much user friendly than this app.
Face ID stopped working
I was able to set this up once, but upon logging out, the page kept logging me in with Face ID. I had to break the loop by logging out again but turning my phone away from me. Now Face ID authentication does not appear when I log on.
