There has been no updates or improvements with his app for over a year… why? It’s unstable and buggy. Move with the times EBS!!!
Someone should look into why this app doesn’t function
Outside of Ireland and can’t gain access to my account. All of the advice to fix the issue is useless. The phone authentication confirms the process is complete but the computer used to access the account will not recognise the fact. At a time like this I would expect better support from a bank should be forthcoming.
