Have been using it fir over few years now found it very useful with further streamlining of Online Appointment the Total visit total time to Token to Medicines is around max 55 Minutes Now

Invalid login error
I am able to register my phone number using the ECHS beneficiary app but unable to login. Get invalid card number or invalid pin error. Please address the bugs and update the app as early as possible. It would be very helpful.

The app is not functional. It keeps throwing up errors whenever you try to register. What is the issue, there is no clarity.

OTP VALIDATION FAILED
While registering for new user, when i am entering OTP, it’s showing OTP validity expired each time. Not able to register and use the app..
App not getting installed
After hearing for more than a year that Apple compatible ECHS app is being released, tried installing the app, but not getting OTP on SMS. Even after waiting for 30 minutes. It is noted that There is no provision for resend OTP. Consult consulted ECHS staff. They said that this app is absolutely now. A new version has been released, but the same is not available on iOS/ Apple handsets. Request Apple version may please be released ASAP.

ECHS beneficiary App
It is disappointing to find that the app doesn’t function. One cannot even fill up the form provided. Why can’t we do a job properly. It amounts to harassment to the veterans. I will request the senior officers in charge to personally look into these basic matters. We keep showing of and taking empty pride beating drums of ourselves with out even providing basic facilities.

I can not log in No OTP Received. Not helpful. Defence Min Sahab Jago. Aap ka staff kam nahi karta hai.

After a long struggle, the App is working. I reduced a star for delay in getting SMS and connection.

Not working properly. Upto the card status and entitlement of hospital are showing. But during the registration otp not receiving, got stuck. Needs much more improvement. Plz do the needful!

It does not response on Apple devices. Please look into it. Even primary frame does not appear.
