Every update makes it worse
It used to have trouble connecting, then it had trouble staying connected, then it wouldn't send instructions. Since the latest update, the car wifi disconnects the minute I open the app.
Poor layout
The time until fully charged is on the edge of the screen and on my iPhone you can never see how much time is left because half of the time is cut off

Dont think the mitsubishi know how to make it work as it is designed to.
Always have connection error code, even you put your smartphone next to the car.
They are Still using legacy WIFI protocol to connect to current 5G Smart devices? Sound to me that their digital engineers of the car maker has no budget to help improving it?!

Truly dreadful
There seems to have been some sort of update to this app. It is still truly dreadful. Almost impossible to connect. Fix it Mitsubishi. This is not okay.
Locked
The one thing I wanted from this app was to be able to check if I locked it after I walked away ..would have thought it was a easy thing to have on it ..but no 🥺
Can't connect
Can't connect since update. So my charging schedules are stuck. Makes it impossible to charge outside of timer.

The app wont connect, can’t find the cars WLAN. Bought my 2021 Eclipse Cross second hand through another dealer, and then took to a local registered Mitsubishi dealer to get the SSID and password out of the car. Which I didn’t have. They charged $50 for this service. They managed to help me connect the app initially, but it wasn’t a very simple process even with their help. They said it wasn’t easy. Then as soon as I got home I couldn’t reconnect, the WLAN doesn't reappear in my phones wireless list. What’s the point?

Useless
Absolutely useless app.
Connected to the car and set a schedule for climate control. Left the app and reconnected to normal wifi and then the schedule was gone and never worked. What was the point of that? Just a completely pointless app!

Total rubbish
Have to keep reinstalling to use and it eventually will work if you do set a climate control schedule don’t ad it is a mission to get the app to reconnect to make adjustments
There is no other method to change or stop a schedule so it ends up being a permanent feature that will drain the battery expect better from this and certainly have an option on the main console in the car

Bad idea, bad execution
A truly terrible app. Don’t even bother attempting to set the timer on it or anything else as it will mostly ignore your commands.
You literally have to be next to the car to connect to it. You may as well sit in the car and do what you need to do in the comfort of the seat rather than loitering next to it.
I simply cannot understand how they dropped the ball on this one. I imagine it was lost in translation somewhere between head office in Tokyo and the factory who designed it.
I hope somebody fell on their sword for this lousy effort.

Great idea, poor performance
It is a struggle to connect and the range is so poor it only works when you’re standing next to the car, you might as well use the display inside…. keeps interfering with the wifi when you actually needed. the app is helpless unfortunately

If this worked as advertised, it would be really useful. But you pretty much have to be IN the car to use it, so why bother?

Absolute rubbish. Have to be standing right next to the car. Won’t connect. When it does connect it won’t update status. Don’t bother using it

You need to be within 10ft of the car. You have to manually select the wifi network before the app becomes functional. Then you have to crash the app from previous use and restart the app before you can do anything. Occasionally that will error aswell and you must rinse repeat. Aesthetically it looks good but has zero functional use. Thumbs down. Needs a drastic overhaul.

What a waste of time that was, 5 locks 5 unlocks then beep = didn’t beep … wireless lan? Not there. Hardly able to set this up if the car isn’t even emitting necessary steps. Does anybody get off their backside, leave their computer behind and check these things in real life?

This app was created just for the sake of it. Needs direct wifi connection to the car which only works when it likes. Disappointed big time. Oh and fire your IT product manager, because this is not deliverables.
