Horrible user interface. Doesn’t save any of your schedule. Drops you out all the time requiring you to re-sign in constantly. Crashes all the time.

This app needs improvement as it freezes all the time!
Always something with this app…
It either logs you out and for unknown reasons you can’t log in for a while. Or when trying to view your schedule from over a month ago it mixes up flights from the same month from a year ago. Or it doesn’t save your monthly flight details on the app so you have no info when offline. So many things and bugs that could be easily fixed… but for the time being, it’s a PITA to use this app.

As a direct result, I am unable to reload or access my schedule within the app, leaving web browser access as the only workaround. You must go the extra mile to fully resolve these critical issues without further delay. There is a clear and documented reason why so many users hold this application in low regard. Recently updated and it is even worse than before.
How about a simple app that presents the roster in htm landscape. It used to be so simple - and it worked. This app goes from bad to worse.
Every day lately a new version update. Still useless.
Suggest you start work on a new app in the background. Destroy this app completely. Start over on a blank page. Simple. Utilitarian. Functional. Fit for purpose. Good design. Check with pilots and cabin crew maybe? And please… no annoying animations left and right, or “awesome”.

Crashes right after login
Doesn't work at all since last update. It crashes right after succesful login. The app just closes with no error message. If it ever works again, I not doing any update anymore.

eCrew is absolutely dreadful, not even worth one star & no idea why my company uses it. Constantly says I’m offline, even though I’m not, I have to log out & in three or four times for it to actually update my roster. Worst app ever.
