Die App hat Probleme mit den bei Edis hinterlegten Daten. Seit dem Einspeisen klappt nichts mehr. Fehler beim Laden des Zählers, Fehler beim Laden der Nachrichten, Fehler beim hinzufügen der Vertragsnummer. Auf allen Links zum Problem melden passiert absolut nichts. Support extrem schwer zu erreichen.

Die App ist gut, nur eines stört: Die Möglichkeit der Erfassung des Zählerstands beim Wechsel des Stromanbieters. Es gibt unterjährig nur die freiwillige Erfassung und mir ist unklar, ob das dann weitergeleitet wird

App soll u.a. die möglichen schaffen, die Zählerstände zu übermitteln. Hier kommt aber immer eine permanente Fehlermeldung mit dem Hinweis sich an den Support zu wenden. Willkommen im digitalen Zeitalter!
