Kyle has been a great advisor. He has helped us make some major changes in our finances. He is always kind, willing to listen and softly suggest and advise us in decisions we need to make.
Carla is wonderful. Always friendly. She takes an interest in you as a friend. She remembers things about you and asks about those little details in your life.

Complete Trust
Our Financial Advisor is so much more than that to us. We KNOW each other, my husband and I completely trust her, and she’s guided us wonderfully- explaining everything in layman’s terms. Our goals will be met because of our advisor at Edward Jones, and that’s peace of mind!
FIXED: Performance over time-1yr broken
UPDATE: The issue is now fixed. This is a great app. I use it daily to monitor my investment performance. When you select Performance over time-1yr it does not display anything. Then select 5 yr and it displays. Now go back to select 1 yr and the 5yr values remain. 5 yr is the only selection that works. I thought the update would fix it but it did not. How to you contact someone to look at this?

Return over time
The return over time isn’t working anymore. It will only give 5yr figures.

It’s great that the team at Edward Jones stays on top of our investments. It shows with the updates and personal notes that come across.

App Functionality
Take a lesson from Merrill Lynch. Their app makes Edward Jones look like its from the Victorian Era. Update eliminated ytd, current and custom performance reviews. App is severely outdated and not up to par with all information that should be on an easy to see spreadsheet. This app makes me want to find another financial advisor as its unreliable and shady at best.

App is always at least 1-3 days behind
The app never gives me the current market balance for my account-I can look on Sunday for my Friday balance and it will still show Thursday date or later.
Recent updates are horrible

Unable to update info
I received a letter from the EJ Compliance department saying that I need to update my account information, yet it’s impossible to do that through their app. If I can sign in and access confidential information through the app, why can’t I update my basic account information (such as job status, etc…)? Not being able to do so makes the app kinda half assed in my book.
