Phenomenal
Kelli Tampio and Suzie are truly the super team and I can’t even express in words how much I value and appreciate them. My mom died of Alzheimer’s, my dad with diabetes, and it was such a difficult care taking journey I never wanted my children to have the same experience with me. As a single mom, I don’t have a lot of money to invest, but Kelli and Suzie have ALWAYS treated me as if I was investing millions. They have been an incredible support to me through my darkest days…through the loss of both parents, a tumultuous divorce, betrayal by business partners…I will forever be grateful for their warmth and kindness and their light that has guided me as I’ve struggled financially to provide support and relief for myself and my children in the future. I trust them completely which is saying a lot from someone who has had their trust broken by many people in my past. I refer everyone to them! They are the prime example of phenomenal women and I recommend working with them with my whole heart!! 1 million stars!!!

Love the Edward Jones app and portal! It helps us keep our financial life, organized and centralized in one place. And it keeps us in touch with our advisor for when Life changes or we have questions.
App is not working
I changed my password to get into the app and it keeps saying it cannot have any special characters. Mine does not. My husband uninstalled the app then reinstalled it and it let me in once. Now it’s back to saying it can’t have special characters…. THERE are NONE. 🙄
Great customer service
Kim Price at The Gresham Station Branch in Oregon is my absolute favorite. She listens to your goals and she really makes you feel like your interests are being taken care of. Always has time to listen to my concerns. Highly recommend.
