Upgrade issue!

I can’t open my app at all after this latest newly updates! Every time I try to open it, the App pop out a screen to tell me to upgrade again! I had tried everything I can, such like delete my App reinstall again, but nothing helps!

Latest app version does not work on older iPad Pro

I have really like using this app on my iPad Pro 10.5”, but it appears the latest version does not work. It claims the app is out of date and requires iOS 18 or later. Unfortunately iOS 18 is not available for the iPad Pro 10.5”.

If I go to the App Store to get the latest version, it says I am already running the latest version and gives me a button to open the app, which just redisplays the update required error screen again.

Any chance to get the app running again on iPad pros?
