They now fail your login credentials so you will have to click “forgot password” which now leads you to a typical form which NOW HAS ENTER SSN OR TAX ID! Nope! All these apps sell to 3rd party entities, ABSOLUTELY NOT! No way no how. Then they charge a $30 late fee. Forget it! Ditching this bank ASAP

It’s disappointing that I got locked out of this app for no reason.
Do better
The fact that I needed to do an internal transfer from savings to checking, and it was past 10:00pm when I needed to pay for dinner at a restaurant. Only for the app to tell me that making internal transfers cannot be made due to the time cut off, and need to wait until next day…. Is beyond me… on MY MONEY. Ridiculous… do better. What if it was an emergency…. I know for a fact I can’t trust my bank to have my back to do a simple internal transfer…

App Does Not Work With IOS Autofill Password Manager.
After an exhausting number of communications with EFCU on this subject I give up. Autofill does work with the Web version of EFCU but not the App, which people mostly use. EFCU does not want to correct this problem.

Update (2yrs later): worst bank ever. Always the biggest pain at the most excruciating moment possible. App never works. “Sorry can’t update changes at this time” (the changes it redundantly demanded). No “skip” for now, or “update later”, just financially dead in the water. Thanks Edwards, you are TERRIBLE.

The new app is smartphone sized, we need an iPad version.

I want to like it
After using it for a few weeks, the previous app was so much better and it isn’t a matter of getting used to the new one.
The new one is clunky, allowed memos on transfers that showed up in account view and didn’t require extra clicks to remind you why money was moved. I don’t need the accounts spread across different pages, or split in to two sections on the screen. I should know how much I have available to spend - the app doesn't need to tell me that.
On top of that, the transition to the new app and online banking was terrible. How about a phased approach by customer name or account number? This is going to take months to fix…

The previous app was better, this new version does not let you transfer to people and see real time pending transactions like before
