First they ask me to turn on cookies. I enable cookies. Still can’t apply for a loan. What was the point of giving them my data?

I hate the app so much. It’s so slow so many errors it will log me out of my account and then I will have to login again and then apparently I don’t know my password to my own account because I’ve reset it so many times because it will tell me that I’m using the wrong password… just so many things wrong with the app makes it so more difficult
