No efood pro option for Apple signup
I cannot get efood pro when I sign up using Apple or a non Gmail account. Fix this
Doesn’t work for US numbers
Can’t use the app because OTP doesn’t work. So annoying and big waste of time.
Service fees too expensive
For the cost of the service the quality doesn’t match

I always use efood and all the shops answear to me almost immediately.
French tourist
As French tourist, I saw a lot of moto riding and delivering everywhere, I was curious so I uploaded the app to see, and it saves us quite a few time (with groceries and pharmacies) as a young couple with a baby and a pregnant woman, we couldn’t walk a lot and our trip was already en train de nous fatiguer, so it’s such a great option and I must say it works even better than uber. Don’t hesitate!! (Greek people are the nicest too)

The Only Thing That Arrived On Time Was the Charge
Ordered flowers. Money: deducted instantly, like a Formula 1 pit stop.
Order: mysteriously cancelled with zero explanation through sms.
Apparently sending money to another continent takes 5 seconds in 2026, but issuing a refund takes 2–3 business days and the alignment of several planets.
Result: No flowers for my wife on Women’s Day. This nearly cost me a full week of nagging, which I assume your company will also process with a 2–3 day delay.

Efood always cares
They will handle any discrepancy that happens and will always help the customer! I love efood. Way better than Wolt. I used Wolt for years and when i started eFood pro it seriously saved me so much on fees and deals. The prices are even lower on efood. Seriously!!! Love them so much !! 🥹
They took money, mark order as delivered, but no order and no money, and no help-5 hours waiting
Awful support, order was not delivered, even no calls, marked as delivered, support told its technical issue and promised I will get my order soon, 5 hours passed, no order, no money, no calls from them. Seems courier just stole or throw away my order. As result I with my girlfriend just waited them 5 hours, and nervous, instead holiday

I have been using efood for years. Wherever I am, it is always useful to order food. It is easy to use, and it makes things so much simpler. I recommend it for all people!
Worst Services
Your service has become so bad and disgusting that words are not enough. Few days ago, I placed an order for two shawarmas, and it was delivered after two hours. Today, I ordered from a café, and now it will arrive after one and a half hours.
On top of that, your support team is absolutely useless, irresponsible, and unprofessional. No matter what you call it, it still wouldn’t be enough. When we try to contact support and send messages, there is no response at all.
Because of this terrible service and complete lack of support, I have decided I will close and delete my account. I do not want to use such a pathetic service anymore. I also send same message to efood FB
