Today , i faced issue in the supermarket because i couldn’t able to use my card ,reason for “expired of the record of Emirates ID” from the bank , which was not informed totally and i had to call service and make a phone call to fix the issue for more than 25 minutes call. And we found out the reason at last . Not totally acceptable . Why there’s no informations about expired of ID record ?!!!!!!

Last Update Killed App (Update)
There was an update which killed the app for me where the app would require FaceID on startup. This issue was resolved and I am able to use this app as before.
Thank you to the developer for fixing this. Overall it’s a solid banking app. There are a few issues with clarity around how to manage some things.

Functional but spammy
Does the basics of what you’d want but the constant pop-ups for everything are so aggravating. You shouldn’t have to dismiss “offers” (which feel a bit like shady marketing) more than once but it’s always 5 taps of hiding ads before you actually get to the app.

Last Update Killed App
I am no longer able to log into the app. I am unable to use Face ID for security and personal reasons.
It doesn’t seem to be a way around the new feature that requires Face ID. So the application is now useless to me.

Limited Payment Options
I got the new Amazon Credit card and am being told that there is no way to pay it through the app unless you open a current account as well with EI. That means no auto-pay option and to pay the credit card you either have to set up manual transfers or deposit cash in an atm.

Waste my time keep waiting
They kept me waiting for almost an hour to speak one of the agent and no one answering my message they to wait for to minutes instead i wait for an hour and they tell me after waiting for an hour they tell me that there’s no agent available they should tell that early and not kept me waiting for an hour it’s a worse customer service
