Solid app
I’ve been using this for over 10 years and it does everything I need to control two Elk M1 systems. I have multiple devices connected to the M1’s—thermostat, hot water circ pump, door bell, temperature sensors—and this app handles everything flawlessly. Developer has always been very responsive.
Stopped working, waste of money
Paid for the app, worked fine till IOS 17.4.1, then quit. Won’t even get to load screen. If no fix avail, I’m going to request refund.
Good app for the early 2000s not for 2023
If app cost a lot of money but yet no improvement at all since I got it 10 years ago. If I used the app then let use the phone for something else and come back to the app it would not reconnect. I would have to close the app then re open it for a 50% chance of it connecting. When it switched from cellular data to wifi it will have to be closed then re open. I wouldn’t recommend this app unless they bring it up to date with 2023.

Worth it!
Excellent app that ties together alarm and CBUS controls. You can see from the reviews there was a major fault with an update a few years ago, but the customer service to troubleshoot the issues was quick and responsive, and the subsequent version update to complete the fix did the job. Since then has remained an excellent app to connect to and control your home’s features. Provided the developer remains committed to fixing issues as they occur and updating the app as iOS changes over time then it is worth the high initial outlay. Great app which is an integral in my daily life!

Pretty good ap
I have been using this with my M1 Gold for nearly 10 years and it does what I want. When the inevitable glitch occurs occasionally, the support is first class.

Latest update killed the app unusable. Developer doesn't provide any suggestions and trying to leave comment on his website last line before submit makes it impossible.

Latest update again doesn’t work. Crashes instantly. Tried to report on site but needs captcha, but doesn’t offer a captcha. Pls fix ASAP. Normally great app.

Works but you pay for it
Though expensive, it is a very reliable app and very responsive. Add-on features are inexpensive.
The support is VERY good, exceptional and responses have been immediate when an issue arises with well detailed responses.

Most recent update deleted my device profile. When I try to add my device back in, app crashes and profile never gets created. This app is now totally unusable.
App no longer works
I lost my config about a month ago which coincides with the update. The company that did the install of my M1 system have not been able to get it to work. Please fix the issue ASAP!

Was a great App that just stopped working a month ago!! First we were told there hadn’t been an update and now we are being told that there was an update?? Either way we are still waiting for a patch to fix the problem.
