Worst customer service and management

People don’t buy vehicles from them and regret. Before customer purchases the vehicle they will be very interested in handling all the queries. Once the purchase is over they will not even answer for the queries.

1.Worst management and team in electric pe. Specifically I need to mention person named Vishal. He is so careless and does not even respond to customer calls.
2.Requests will be marked as resolved without any solution.
3.Referral bonus is not been paid.

Unable to stop charge

Due to some issue in server the stop charge option no more coming. I hv to power of and remove charger from bike. But the charge is active Any other person can use the socket now and money ll b deducted from my acc. Support not available 24/7 to resolve too. Pathetic solution

Good charging point

Charging is good but when the charging station goes offline then I can’t charge my vehicle. Please enable Bluetooth/offline charging in iOS devices as well

Can’t use the app without installing the update

This makes it so unfriendly. For whatever reason, I don’t want to update the app. I understand that you have new features, but you’re forcing me to update the app when the user is sometimes in a rush. Not cool

Not happy on tech side!!!

Customer service is good !!! In app it shows there is an option to cutoff the power and when we got also it doesn’t work please consider this feedback and work on app properly

However, currently, you can add your desired battery level when initiating charging, and you will receive a notification reminding you to end the session when the set battery level is reached. Slow

The app is really slow, it’s keeps getting logged out and says session expired. It takes forever to load a page. Automatically shuts the app down.

Paid for subscription but not able to use

And bills are too high

Your green plan’s price is increasing every month. First month it was 199/- then 249/- now its 293/- 😅
Settle down people. I ain't gonna be fooled this time…

Very Good charging facility

Charging facility is good and price is economical. I’m concerned about charger as it doesn’t lock the charger box when charging and any one can remove charger and steal it. If they can lock the charger point box when locked then it’s an excellent service.

Critical Security Issues

This device has critical security issues.

1- Anyone can plug out and plug in their charger and billing will happen with person who scanned.

2- Timer For Charging should he given in app for easy stop.

Solution - You guys need to get a charging device which locks the cover with plug inside & can be unlocked when charging is completed. If this is not done you will face huge issues in coming future at all Apartment societies.

Not allowing to charge

I live in Bangalore. When I check for a charger on the app and go there, it’s mostly an apartment. The management and security of that apartment are not letting me to charge.

They say that the charging facility is only for their apartment residents and not others.

I went to 4 places to charge today and everywhere it’s same experience.

charging extra

Th amount charging calculation is completely wrong. They don’t even detect units , plugged in sockets. Just charging on basis of time the app switch is on..

What a bad calculation used…

Works perfect

Simple to use and works ‘pay as per use’. Gets deducted from electric pe wallet. However needs more charging stations. Believe it will grow eventually. Good for apartments which doesn’t have already established infrastructure.
