J’ai fait plusieurs mail pour une demande de remboursement suite à mon délai de rétractation je n’ai eu aucune réponse de leur part, je trouve cela. Inadmissible, il n’y a aucun service client c’est déplorable,le seul numéro qui existe se trouve en Espagne.
Disponibilités des bornes pas fiable
Toutes les bornes à Sens sont en travaux, donc indisponibles mais l’application les voient toutes utilisables…
Guthaben verschwunden
100,- kürzlich (!) aufgeladenes Guthaben ist weg, keine Antwort auf Emails, kein Support seit Tagen

Garbage app
Waste of time and bandwidth. Just use Google Maps. We tried it maybe a half dozen times. Claims to show real time availability but almost every time we went to a supposedly available station it was in use. Others that it showed as available were in private buildings or out of service or the wrong speed. And bizarrely, unlike Google, there is no way to report a closure or error, you can leave reviews but the location still deceivingly shows the wrong information for other users.

Réussi avec l’application
Great app
After trying and banging my head against the wall downloading and setting up ev charging apps in Spain this was a life saver. My only complaint is that I would make the charger information more easy to access and read. Also the window blocks the map when driving. Should be easier to exit after looking for chargers.

A lifesaver when traveling in Europe!
Electromaps was a super valuable resource for a recent trip when I rented an EV! So many charging networks require a European mailing address, phone number, or credit card, but Electromaps was very widely supported as an alternative payment method, and worked great at almost every charging station we encountered.

Sucks that you need to get an app to charge your car, sucks that it doesn’t accept Canadian postal codes for the country Canada, sucks that it does not accept Canadian or us phone numbers.

Ich kann es nicht mal testen! Bei der Anmeldung geht es einfach nicht weiter. Unter "Tips und Angebote" ist noch was, aber sobald ich aus dem Eingabemodus raus bin ist das Fenster starr, die Texteingabe verdeckt den Rest, die letzte Zeile ist: ..."Sonderangebote (per email)" darunter komme ich nicht. On de borne qui s arrête en pleine charge et Electromaps facture a tord des jours de sauvegarde alors que ma voiture était déconnectée. L’opérateur reconnait le pb mais le support Electromaps ne répond pas malgré des relances et ce depuis maintenant plusieurs mois. Bref à fuir, aucun respect pour les clients

Utilisation impossible sur iPhone
La page une dernière étape n’affiche pas le bouton commençons qui reste caché sous le clavier. Le bouton terminer n’active rien, pas de message, pas d'ascenseur/slideur pour monter la page. Bref app inutilisable sur mon iPhone SE.

Conseillère sur la plateforme téléphonique n’est pas gentil du tout. J'ai parlé plusieurs fois à la conseillère sur la plateforme téléphonique, il y avait une dame et un monsieur qui n'ont jamais voulu écouter attentivement mon problème ni me donner de solution. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi ils ont choisi ce travail s'ils ne peuvent pas écouter et comprendre les clients. Très mauvais service client..!!!

Fails to recognize valid post codes
Does not appear to support UK post codes - with United Kingdom selected as the country. Tied several valid codes and all 3 reported as being invalid.
