What’s going on?
Got the iOS 15.7 update and now the app says that I have an active subscription, but still wants to purchase each issue. i’ve been with Apple tech support for over 1.5 hrs. and they said it is the app builders problem. I’ve had problems like this before. And they do not have tech-support access. Terrible company 😡

No access to paid current and past issues.
No access to my already paid for issues and to make matters more ridiculous, now I’m getting emails about renewing my subscription while I can’t access my current one.

All of my back issues have been lost since update. I am also unable to enter any credentials to access current issues.

Completely broken
Cannot find my subscription or back issues. The previous app was poorly designed as well but at least there was a way to get to the magazine. Truly terrible and I don’t see any response from the developer on here. Time to complain to apple and have them removed from the store since currently this is a scam.

RIP EM
I guess Electronic Musician Magazine is toast. Their "update" to their iOS app shut me out of my subscription almost 2 months ago, and they've stopped answering my emails trying to resolve it. Their website has no coverage of NAMM. Meanwhile, I'm getting automated mail that reminds me my subscription is expiring in June. It was an inspiring magazine that kept my interest in electronic music fueled while I lived in places where no one else shared my passion. RIP EM.
