What the heck
Why is there a banner asking me to view the production the ELF app, that I WAS reading the banner on? Your website it way too slow and I only use the app. So weird.

I add items to my cart because I am thinking about purchasing them, After I am done perusing, I go into my cart and decide if it’s something I need or want in a different color. It took me a long time to see the “edit” on the top of the page, click on the red “-“ and click on “delete.” Ok, so that removes the item. Then I have to find it again to order it in a different color. Oy!

I use ELF and love the products but find it so frustrating how often they run out of stock of the things I use the most. Surely this shouldn’t be an issue every time I try to order?

Kind of frustrating….
Love the product, but whatever has been done to the app, not so much. As an ICON customer I could not use my points, and was not offered the usual choice of a mini.
Love this app
So easy to navigate. Love that there is a virtual try on option. Even has cool games to play. I’ve never seen a makeup app have that unique feature. Earn points and the more you earn, the more you can get!

Need to title products
I have been using this app for a few years and I remember there used to be titles for each of the products which made it easier for me to find. Nowadays, it just lists the price of the product in the rating and I can’t see the photos because I’m visually impaired. I also see with the part with accessibility on here that elf is not sure what accessibility features work or not. It needs to be accessible for me to be able to shop with voice and work just fine and I wish it was not a guessing game when I’m trying to search for different products and know which ones which based on the price itself. I could be adding the product that I need or may not need by accident. So please put names to the products like in the past and I remembered that someone who was visually impaired was part of a campaign to make things more accessible, and it feels like it got thrown out the window after that campaign. I still love the product though! The concealer is still one of my top favorites.
