St Marys Ellianos rocks! The customer service is amazing.
App shows items are unavailable
So I can’t even order my favorite items anymore via the app. I have to order them as a new item in the app. Which takes even longer so why bother if I can’t order from a favor to diet I might just order it in person.
Better way to pick up mobile
I really am trying to like this place but u have to get a better way to pick up a mobile order then sitting behind several cars

If someone else orders under the order time I selected while I’m checking out, it just spins and spins until I close out and start a new order. It took me 10 minutes to get a coffee order through.
Accessing Cart
Issue when accessing the cart. It takes repetitively pushing the cart button. Then I have to exit the page then go back in.

The coffee is wonderful. We have tried several different drinks and the basics! The staff is so awesome! I love ordering on the app and popping by to pick up. Happy they opened in Mooresville!!!!
Slow pickup option
It takes WAY too long to get your mobile order…. Why would you offer a place your order ahead option if it’s not ready for pickup when you get there.

Great coffee. And everything else too.
The people in the customer service really make it happen. And the coffee is much better than other places nearby. And also the wide range of pastries and bagels and sandwiches and other drinks is amazing. I especially like the convenience of the app where I can pull up and get what I ordered without too much Waiting. It’s always something in life. And it’s very nice to have this place Ellianos where I can get a little bit of what I need once a day. It makes everything else go better.

Ever since an Ellianos opened up near my home I’ve been coming here almost every other day. It’s been about two years now and I have yet to find a coffee place that rivals the way Ellianos makes their coffee. It’s always amazing and the staff are super nice and helpful.

Absolutely love the coffee! Hard to find a consistent coffee shop anywhere but Ellianos has always been a HIT! Thank you for being in Mooresville NC! I pray we can get a second location over in 28115!
