Useless App
It’s a useless app. Data updation is very poor, thereby one cannot monitor the daily consumption.
Not Working
App is not working properly if I use the dark display setting.
Buggy - no night mode - poor UX
Setting it up involves entering IP addresses. Who does that in 2020?! They send low balance alert to my mobile phone.. why can’t the app use that to authenticate me?!
I had to switch off night mode to see anything on the app. The UX is terrible.
I don’t get a push notification when power source changes from DG to Grid.
I can’t set up high usage alerts.
I can’t compare usage between months, or with same month in previous year.
I can’t get usage within a given day.
There’s an issue tracker in there that nobody looks at if you log an issue.
There’s so much the developers could’ve easily added but they’ve struggled to deliver the basics. With what I have seen, it’s a wasted opportunity.

Dark mode not supported in app
when mobile in Dark mode then UI is not visible

Unreadable font color
Clearly untested on iOS. Basic things like font colors are poor. White font over white background shows the professionalism
