The worst app in the entire world
This is, without question, the worst app that has ever existed. Even something as basic as paying an electricity bill turns into an hours-long ordeal. Half the time the app simply doesn't work, and when it does, it sometimes displays someone else's personal details after login. That is an outrageous breach of privacy and raises serious concerns about how user data is being handled.
Almost nothing in this app functions reliably. It's slow, buggy, and fundamentally broken. A service that people depend on for essential payments should not be this incompetent. This app isn't just poorly designed; it's a complete failure. Frankly, it's a disgrace and should never have been released in its current state.

Not able to login bcz my screen is not showing username and password text boxes its whole screen is blank all white not any text showing

I have not seen an App more useless than this. While it is supposed to handle such critical operations like power, water and maintenance in a society, but it doesn’t work at all.
Strongly recommend builders to switch away from this app as soon as possible to avoid hassle free living in their societies.

Useless app
One of the worst possible apps available. Unstable and only 10% of the available options work at any given time. It’s just amazing that the developer chooses to ignore feedback for years and not make improvements.
