The app will not allow you to create a new account and customer service won’t get back to you. Beware!

I’ve been in contact with ember customer service for almost a month about the issues with account creation on the app and there has been minimal communication and no resolution. I’ve not been able to use the product because of this. Very frustrating.

Warmer does not stay connected to Bluetooth constantly have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to use it even with the puck fully charged absolutely the worst product I’ve ever seen for the amount of money it this product is definitely not worth it nor is the app
Data?
The recorded data must be accessible and presented in a chart, table, or exportable format. For instance, the type of milk is recorded, but there’s no way to view past milk types. It’s evident that this data is being collected for other reasons.
