Cumbersome, annoying, unpredictable
Randomly removed camera from network, won’t let me add camera back without getting tech support to re-enable camera, and tech support is MIA. So their “update” made the camera unusable and no one from harbor is responding. Clunky set up process that gets stuck in loops and forgets devices randomly as well.

Connectivity
So often they claim to have better connectivity that’s more reliable than their competitors. That’s the opposite in our year of using it. The only thing they have to offer is a giant touch screen monitor that will constantly drop connection.
Great monitor, even better company
Honestly can’t say enough good things about Harbor! We have absolutely loved having the large monitor screen for our 2 kids. It’s a game changer to not HAVE to rely on your phone, but still have access to check that way if you want to.
I recently had an issue with my monitor and the Harbor team had a new one shipped out to me literally within like an hour of me submitting my ticket. They have been responsive, understanding, and super reasonable. For that reason more than any we’ll be Harbor users for life!

The best monitor!!!
I LOVE harbor!!! It provides so much reassurance as a first time parent that I can check the monitor screen or my phone at anytime anywhere when my baby is napping or sleeping at night. It provides a thermostat temp too which is helpful if I’m worried about baby being too hot or cold. Can hear and see so clearly on it and zoom in and record videos or take pics :)
