URL malformed error when attempting to login. I can’t use the app.

The app will not allow you to create a new account and customer service won’t get back to you. Beware!

I’ve been in contact with ember customer service for almost a month about the issues with account creation on the app and there has been minimal communication and no resolution. I’ve not been able to use the product because of this. Very frustrating.
