Just the worse app I’ve ever used for paystubs and stuff
I’ve had many jobs and this is by far the most horrible app the ever touch my phone and if I could delete it I would I’m so irritated that I have to continue to use this piece of hot CACA they call an app

This app would be great if it worked. It’s literally trash. Everyone I work with, hates it. The app acts like a browser when opened, and amongst other annoying things.

Genuinely the most dysfunctional app I’ve ever used in my life
No one I’ve talked to hasn’t had some sort of problem with this app. It is literally awful, from not being able to clock in, to not being able to verify my device, to not being able to update the app, to not being able to request subs, to not remember any of my information when I have to log into the app. It’s miraculous how this app can’t do a single thing that it’s supposed to do. Terrible.

App failure
Prime point App could not open on my iPad for no reason after using it for a long time. Doesn’t appear in apps section anymore and can’t be uninstalled because it is missing except as an App on the screen.

This app does everything wrong - it’s slow, bloated, unnecessarily hard to use, confusing and just plain annoying. There is literally a new pop up I have to close every time I enter the time system, telling me “for a better experience download the app” are you serious? How many screens must I click thru, how many apps do I need in order to clock in to work?

I’d rate this 0 stars if possible. All it does is redirect you to the website that is “mobile friendly” but it’s not.

Not well optimized for mobile
Zooming in and out is an issue and overall UE is not smooth

If you miss the early days of mobile websites, you’ll love this app. Only thing missing here is your 2003 blackberry.

Love the ease of use and fully appreciate the security features. Easy access to all of my payroll information.
Not very mobile friendly
This is supposed to be an app you can access on your phone and easily navigate through to view your paystub or whatever. They have failed to make it easy because every time I sign on I always have to type in my password and I can’t use a fingerprint or Face ID. While inside the app it is set up for a desktop not a mobile app with half of the screens disappearing on so many of the sections. This App needs a lot of work and a huge update

Awful app, just use the awful website
App barely works and makes you do a CAPCHA every time you open it. Most functions just send you to the website and can’t be done in the app. No point in the app if you have to use the website. Sometimes you have to sign into both the app and the website and do two CAPCHAs just to clock-in.

App has some basic features, could improve a lot.
I have used Adp app before, primepoint could learn a lot from it.
Some basic features needed are
1- login based on faceid
2- ability to download paychecks as pdf files and share it.

The new update is absolutely terrible. Before the update it was easy to use now it essentially makes no sense.
